En mi opinión yo fui hace 2 años a este hotel si se tiene varios torres de hoteles las habitación sencillas pero limpias ubicación exelente y en lo personal fui todo incluido el restaurant a la carta que da a la 5ta av exelente y muy bueno cortes mariscos excelentes la ceiba bufet no malo no muy bueno tiene o tenia también ofrecían un bar que deban alitas papas cheves dedos de queso exelente en lo personal si regresaría me saca de onda varios comentarios malos a la mera bajaron de calidad por pandemia no se

We are very pleased with the service of this hotel. We arrived without reservation, & even then they were able to give us a room with everything included. We arrived very tired & they let us in three hours before the actual check in. The resturant staff, especially Alberto, Edith, Nadia, Violeta, Manuel, Rene, & Agustina were all very kind to us and made our experience even better. We are definitely coming back thanks to the welcoming staff and great service. We are very thankful for everything they did for us. Room 220

Súper bien ubicado, sencillo pero con todo lo que se necesita y limpio. Sólo hay que mejorar un poquito el servicio, estuve pidiendo algo a la habitación por dos días y jamás me lo llevaron aunque me dijeron que lo harían. Mejorando esa parte es un excelente hotel.

Deberian de cambiar el suministro de agua salada ya que algunas personas pudieran tener alguna reaccion en la piel no todas estan acostumbradas a ducharse con esa agua. El hotel esta en buena zona ami parecer le deberian poner empeño y modernizarlo un poco, ya le falta

Este hotel está como dividido entre varias locaciones y sus habitaciones son muy básicas y austeras, si tienes ganas de venir a esta zona y el presupuesto no es mucho es una buena opción , y claro el lugar en donde se encuentra es muy bueno porque está muy cerca de la zona con más actividad en Playa del Carmen , nada más que decir……

I’m giving two stars instead of one since the location of the hotel does make it easy to go out to restaurants and other activities. However, I am extremely disappointed with the rest of my experience here. The staff was very unwelcoming and only smiled when they tried to get us to pay more for their all inclusive pass and breakfast which we did not want to do even after being extremely pressured by the front desk. I should have believed the other reviews because they are all very accurate. The bed is the hardest most rock solid bed I’ve ever sat on in my life. Everything was very old and not well taken care of. You could hear everything going on outside of your front door and there was no extra lock on the inside which made us feel unsafe. Needless to say we checked out and went somewhere else because I refuse to spend my relaxing vacation in a place like this when there are way better options out there.

Lo mejor que tiene este hotel es la ubicación, justo sobre la 5ta avenida, el resto totalmemte decepcionante. La habitación estaba equipada con muebles viejitos, había mucho olor a humedad, el tv no era smart y lo peor de todo es que el agua de la ducha salía caliente unos minutos y después se enfriaba, a pesar de que pedimos que lo solucionen o nos cambien de habitación no logramos nada y no nos pudimos dar un buen baño caliente los 3 días que estuvimos ahí. El desayuno bufet es en un bar que está frente al hotel y nos gustó bastante. La atención en recepción mediocre, desinteresada ya que no nos dieron soluciones a lo que solicitamos.

Pictures from the website are very different from the actual location. In the bathroom in particular the tiles and Faucet lever are the worse they are rusting and look like they have mold. Once you get to the hotel they try to make you spend more on either other amenities or the room itself.

Las fotos de internet no tienen mucho que ver con lo que ofrecen en el hotel. Las Piezas dejan bastante que desear, servicio muy regular. Las duchas el primer día fallaron, las llaves de la habitación cada 2 días se desactivaban y había que solicitar nuevamente la tarjeta... Piezas no cuentan con teléfono.. No lo recomiendo por muy buena ubicación que tenga. El servicio de desayuno poco variado, personal de recepción del restaurant poco amable.

We have just stayed in this hotel. We paid for the deluxe room. The room has nothing to do with the word deluxe. It is old, ruined, barely open the balcony door, hot water flows for 2 minutes, view from the balcony of the tree and construction site, no drinking water and glasses, no kettle as written, dirty sheets, slowly connected to wifi. two small beds, although we like you par, which you put on booking a double bed. All wrong. We do not recommend this hotel!

El hotel está distribuido en varios edificios en diferentes calles. Las habitaciones no tienen teléfono así que si necesitas algo debes salir a la calle para ir a la recepción y hacer tus solicitud.El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el calor es insoportable, había qué ir todos los días a la recepción a pedir que lo encendieran, aún así no enfriaba demasiado. Por si fuera poco el agua de la regadera es salada.Lo único destacable es que esta a una calle de la quinta avenida

Hotel muito bonito e bem localizado logo na esquina da 5a avenida que concentramaior parte das atividades da praia. Na mesma quadra é possível encontrar 7 Eleven e Oxxo (lojas estilo mercado/conveniência), casa de câmbio e restaurantes diversos. O quarto e varanda bastante espaços os e confortáveis assim como a cama. O hotel deixa a desejar em alguns pontos bem importantes. A pressão da água no chuveiro é muito fraca, a entrada para nossa apto era externa (direto para rua) e nem sempre havia segurança no local (apesar de tudo parecer seguro isso nos gerou questionamento), as toalhas de baixíssima qualidade (daquelas que machucam a pele de tão secas) e nem sempre eram trocadas mesmo seguindo as instruções do local para deixá-las e, por fim, a ausência de frigobar na habitação.

The hotel is nice and cozy with lots of beautiful tropical plants in the yard. The employees speak Spanish and English, all personnel is very polite and helpful.I didn't like the room as the iron furniture is all rusty and rotten, the pillows and towels are super old and worn out, the faucets in the bathroom are barely working, and there is no hair dryer.

Wasn't really sure about this place when I booked it.However was pleasantly surprised.Our room was very nice and the location couldn't be beat.Close to everything, we did end up buying the breakfast plan, however save your moneyThe food was sub par and really not worth itplus the stuff in the restaurant was rather on rhe rude side Given all of the great restaurants near by you can eat very well cheaply.But for sure this hotel is worth a stay when in Mexico

Bom custo-benefício. Excelente café da manhã, compensa comprar o pacote de cafés no local ou em agência, compramos no hotel. Local prático. Visitamos templos e cenotes. Hotel localizado no principal calçadão com muitas lojas conhecidas, lojas de presentes, bares, sorveterias e restaurantes.

Positivo: ->Localização perfeita (o melhor de tudo), em plena Playa del Carmen e 5° avenida, no meio de tudo ->Limpam a praia das algas ->Bar na praia é excelente ->Muitas camas e espreguiçadeiras na praia ->Piscina junto à praia ->Música e wi-fi grátis na praia ->Wi-Fi grátis no hotel inteiro e redondezas (não é normal nos hotéis da zona) ->Bar aberto junto à rua ->Comida boa, não há muita variedade, mas o que há é bom ->Staff atencioso ->Transporte gratuito para a praiaNegativo: ->Falta de manutenção nos aparelhos de ar condicionado, que provoca maus odores nos quartos ->Falta de organização, estávamos em lua de mel e no início disseram-nos que não sabiam e que iam ver o que podiam fazer. Acabaram por deixar uma garrafa de espumante, mas só depois de alguma insistência e ao terceiro ou quarto dia ->Primeiro quarto não tinha secador ->No primeiro quarto ficámos com a torneira na mão, acabaram por nos trocar para outro quarto um pouco melhor. Mas nota-se a falta de manutenção em ambos os quartos ->Aspecto do hotel um pouco descuidado, nota-se falta de manutenção na zona da piscina e jardinsNo geral é bom, para quem quer preços razoáveis e excelente localização e praia recomendo.

Creo que en mi caso fue un engaño, debido a que el paquete que contrate no fue respetado, cuidado al reservar aquí!! No quisimos reclamar por qué en nuestras vacaciones lo que menos queremos son problemas.Llegamos y en el looby nos vendieron un paquete con alimentos de noche mexicana, barra libre y una disque suite, pero nos pareció extraño por que nos cambiaron al hotel “Aspira” sin avisar previamente. La comida insípida, siempre lo mismo, según ellos era barra libre y solo nos ofrecían agua de sabor. No había servicio a la habitación, no tenían ni botellas con agua, el personal muy desconfiado, como si te fueras a robar algo, no respetan su política de limpieza a la habitación, se meten sin que esté el marbete en la puerta, nunca nos pudimos meter a la alberca o estaba en mantenimiento o simplemente el personal nos prohibía meternos.Las vacaciones fueron muy buenas gracias al clima, las playas y el ambiente que siempre da Playa del Carmen, pero el hospedaje muy deficiente, tengan cuidado.

En las fotos muy bien que se ve, pero llegas y nada que ver, el baño no se va , no sirve para nada , olor espantoso en ratos, la tv no sirve, no da señal , agua espantosa salada para bañarte , toallas muy percudidas y su club de playa reembolsable en alimentos pero precios demasiado excesivos para lo que era, y las bebidas muy malas y que decir de su bufete sin sabor toda la comida, hasta tuve que checar si tenía covid, de lo insípida que era , deberían de remodelarlo y cambiar todo por completo, dice para descansar y bañar pero de verdad hasta bañar es espantoso, deberían de dejar de vender publicidad engañosa

El hotel de los encinos el bonito tiene naturaleza y lo mejor es que está cerca de la 5ª avenida en playa del carmen. Tiene algunas deficiencias el hotel que seNecesita Renovar, el servicio es Bueno. El Hotel No es lujoso, hay muchos mejores hoteles cerca igual sobrela 5ª avenida en Playa Del Carmenyo lo recomiendo solamente paradormir.

El hotel es de tres estrellas, las habitaciones son cómodas, la zona de la alberca tiene bonita vista debido que alrededor de está hay mucha vegetación. Lo malo es que a mi me toco un baño donde la taza funcionaba pero la palanca para bajar los desechos estaba suelta. La ventaja de este hotel es que esta cerca de la quinta avenida, si contratas el all inclusive puedes comer en su restaurante, el personal es muy amable, la comida es buena, pero no es lujosa. I was in rm 333. The price was cheap at $63 per nt so I got what I paid for. Its at a great location but the room needs some tlc. The shower head was clogged up and the shower fixtures were all rusted and seemed like the shower faucet was about to fall apart. My showers were just drips, not a shower. The shower water doesn't drain so there is water standing in the shower. The rest of the room was decent. Didn't like the room safe that has a key and they told me if I lose it, they would charge $100. There was a little rain shower my 2nd evening and I had to go to the reception, which was difficult to find. I slipped and fell pretty bad on their sidewalk. Skinned up my leg and bruised my right hip. They did provide first aid and were pleasant about it. Great location but a very low quality room. No elevators and my room was on 4th floor.

DO not waste your time and money here, this is the worst hotel I have ever stay in. The service here is not good at all , there is never no towels or toilet paper in the restroom. When I try to tell an employee about my situation they just give me an attitude and they didn’t respond back to me. And also these people who work here just go inside the room to steal your things. I have brought my alexa speaker here and the first day they open my bags and took it and I also brought my watch that wasn’t cheap at all, and they just open my bag again and rob it. I went up to the office to tell them my problems and they didn’t do anything , not even listen

Didn't like the hotel. The staff didn't show us our room number, we had to find it by ourselves under heavy rain. There is no normal blankets, no shampoo, no fridge. But location is awesome: the 5th avenue is in 50 meters.

The best part about this place is the price and the location. The staff was nothing but nice and cordial. It's the type of place you would want if all you need is a place to sleep n shower. It's old. Really needs a renovation. Parking sucks. No REAL restaurants are available for the hotel.

Wouldnt recommend this place. Almost had to beg for the services, even at the restaurant. The rooms are not maintained, the AC failed, the TV never worked and I stayed for work, so I needed to iron a shirt and the answer was that they are not providing because of Covid. However, the pool is opened. Very bad experience. Will never stay in this place.

O hotel está bem localizado porém o acesso à ele (check-in) é confuso. São três prédios um em cada rua. Ele é um 3 estrelas, categoria turística, (que deve ter sido muito bom há muitos anos atrás) hoje encontra-se com aparência de abandonado meio "detonadinho" mas possui um custo x benefício bem interessante. Seus quartos são bons e amplos.. apenas o banheiro que deixou a desejar.. pequeno.. o meu estava até com mau cheiro.. chuveiro ruim.. cortina (daquelas que "grudam" nas costas). O restaurante onde servem o café da manhã (la Ceiba) é muito bom! Conta com frutas, iogurte, chás, granola, café, leite, sucrilhos, pães, panquecas, sucos (não naturais), omeletes, etc. Enfim, reforçado, bacana para começar o dia! :)

We booked our hotel through booking.com and when we arrived our taxi couldn't drop us off at the front because of construction, then when we walked up to the hotel, it was closed. A gentleman saw us and told us that the bookings got changed over to their sister hotel admira hotel, which is nothing like the Tukan. At least the Tukan is closer to the beach. We didn't complain because we just wanted to rest since we had a long flight day. It we will be complaining today after our tour.

Avoid at all cost. Only thing positive about this place is the location. Leaky showers that drench the entire bathroom floor. Rude front desk person manager. Slim man with a Napoleon complex acting like a jail warden instead of a hotel manager. Rooms are often stuffy and mould smelling. You may not get what you booked, zero customer service from the head manager. The other workers had much better manners than him, If you book with air canada make sure you ask for your check out to be closer to when the shuttle picks you up. We had 5 hours in between and didn’t realize. They won’t confirm check out time so make sure you ask ahead or they will charge you ridiculous fees if you miss it by half an hour. But avoid if you can, terrible hosts! We saw the manager arguing with German tourists too.

This was our second hotel in Playa del carmen and it was way better. Location was almost the same (5th avenue) but there was no noises from the parties and restaurants. If you wanna go sleep earlier...
