“Disappointed that there’s no electric vehicle charging station in parking lot. That alone means I likely won’t stay again.
Surprisingly good breakfast. Comfy bed, pillows, sheets. Clean, but could use some better facilities management to repair damaged ceiling in bathroom. Also, shower head could use a descaling. Keys easily demagnetize so I had to revisit the front desk after going all the way to my room. Needs USB-C ports near bed and more power outlets.
I loved how far the windows opened, at least on my first floor room. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms.”

“Great place. One of my favorite Hyatt Place locations. Would have given it 5 stars but they have a sign at the front desk saying they guarantee rooms but not room type. We require a specific type of room and if I reserve that room, I expect to get it. This sign made me very uneasy until check in was complete. Even after check in the sign made me very uncomfortable for everyone else in my position. Also, the front desk is not the place to put a disclaimer. That needs to be done at reservation time, not check in time. Staff was practically non-existent when I needed them. They lock the front door at 9pm, leaving you out in the cold until a staff member sees you, if you're not checked in yet. Much as I love this location, I see service level on its way downhill now.”
