Beautiful hotel with distinctive southwest style. Wonderful trails to walk around. Spectacular view of Santa Fe. Super dog friendly. Love everything about our stay and hope to visit again.

This hotel was very clean and smells great. They also had sanitizer available for guests. The breakfast was great and the spread every morning was very delicious. It's nice that the hotel is walking distance to the casino. The location is great for those who want to gamble. Also the free water bottles and beverages are really good for the guest. I was happy that they had a full kitchen with refrigerator and microwave available. I will definitely come back here.

I travel a lot and I have never experienced a hotel that has such an amazingly friendly, helpful, happy staff! Every aspect was top notch. Breakfast was fresh and well prepared. Rooms and common areas clean, but it was the people who made it such a great experience! I would definitely recommend and will be back soon!

This hotel has 7-8mbps wi-fi speeds at the highest for the ENTIRE hotel. Good luck getting 1-2mbps at 5-6 when everyone is rolling in. I've done several random speed tests throughout my 30 day+ stay. I have also complained multiple times. they dont seem to care they say.. "oh no our internet is fast! or they say you got to restart your computer like I don't understand how wi-fi works .. I completely understand bandwidth limits I've lived in hotels the last 7 years of my career.. I'm not paying 200+ dollars to stare at a wall again..

The breakfast and dinner included in the price was a great treat fory business stay. It saved the hassle of finding places to eat. There's also additional restaurants in the lower casino area and the were all so good. Was here for business travel and the rooms had a big desk to work out of. A nice living room and kitchen area!!! Fully stocked. The AC and heater were very accommodating.

Muy buena ubicación, incluso no está en la ciudad. El personal es muy amigable. La habitación es grande y limpia. Gran desayuno caliente todos los días. Se proporciona una botella de agua gratuita. Very Nice location, even is not in town. Staff is very friendly. Room is big and clean. Great hot breakfast everyday. Free bottle water are provided. Full kitchen is useful and convenient for a family trip. definitely will choose to stay here if I will travel in the area again.

Eu não costumo deixar comentários ruins. Mas a recepcionista em 24 e 26 de dezembro foi muito rude, pedi meu recibo e não quis dar a mim. Ficamos por duas noites, eles não limparam o quarto. TV não funcionou. Podia ouvir tudo o que os vizinhos estavam fazendo. Há lixo nos corredores toalhas nos corredores porque eles não limparam o quarto de ninguém também era horrível e os quartos nos custam $ 215 por noite

Este lugar está fazendo tudo certo. O interior é claro, bem iluminado, limpo e com um cheiro agradável de linho branco. Além disso, ao contrário do Embassy Suites, a alguns metros de distância, esta Gerência decidiu não aproveitar as vantagens da Covid e economizar nos serviços. Há um café da manhã quente e bem preparado para os hóspedes sem longas filas. Cuidado para que tudo seja anti-séptico e limpo. E, ao contrário do Embassy Suites, o estacionamento é gratuito, ao contrário de um acréscimo surpreendente de US $ 12 por dia.

No suelo dejar malas críticas. Pero la recepcionista el 24 y 26 de diciembre fue muy, muy grosera, pedí mi recibo y no me lo entregó. Nos alojamos por dos noches, no limpiaron la habitación. La televisión no funcionó. Podía escuchar todo lo que estaban haciendo los vecinos. Hay basura en los pasillos, toallas en los pasillos porque no limpiaron la habitación de nadie más, o fue horrible y las habitaciones nos costaron $ 215 la noche.

Este lugar está haciendo todo bien. El interior es luminoso, bien iluminado, bien lavado y tiene el agradable olor a lino blanco. Además, a diferencia de Embassy Suites que se encuentra a unos 100 metros de distancia, esta Administración decidió no aprovechar Covid y escatimar en los servicios. Hay un desayuno caliente y bien preparado para los huéspedes que no tengan largas colas. Se ha tenido cuidado de que todo sea antiséptico y limpio. Y, a diferencia de Embassy Suites, el estacionamiento es gratuito en lugar de un complemento sorpresa de $ 12 por día.

I don't usually leave bad reviews. But The front desk lady on Dec 24th and 26 was very very rude I asked for my receipt and would not give it to me. We stayed for two nights they did not clean the room. TV did not work. Could hear everything the neighbors were doing. There is trash in the hallways towels in the hallways cuz they didn't clean anybody else's room either it was horrible and the rooms cost us $215 a night

This place is doing everything right. The interior is bright, well lit, scrubbed clean and has the pleasant smell of white linen. Also, unlike Embassy Suites a few 100 yds away, this Management decided to not take advantage of Covid and skimp on services. There is a hot, well cooked breakfast laid out for guests with no long lines. Care has been taken that everything is antiseptic and clean. And unlike Embassy Suites parking is free as opposed to a surprise $12 per day add on.

Este hotel é um ótimo lugar para ficar por vários motivos. As acomodações eram adoráveis, limpas e confortáveis. O café-da-manhã todas as manhãs e jantar leve à noite M- W foi incrível. A trilha de caminhada Butterfly foi um bônus localizado perto da propriedade do Hilton Casino, ao lado do Homewood Suites. A trilha de caminhada tem algumas colinas, mas se você não se importar que a 7.000 pés, é um ótimo treino. Nós amamos tudo! Uma unidade fácil para outras atrações em Santa Fe também. Graças ao Homewood Suites. Nós voltaremos.

Este hotel fue un gran lugar para alojarse por muchas razones. Los alojamientos eran encantadores, limpios y cómodos. El desayuno todas las mañanas y la cena ligera por la noche de lunes a viernes fue increíble. La ruta de senderismo Butterfly era una ventaja que se encontraba cerca de la propiedad Hilton Casino adyacente a Homewood Suites. La ruta de senderismo tiene algunas colinas, pero si no le importa, a 7000 pies es un gran ejercicio. ¡Nos encantó todo! También se encuentra a poca distancia en automóvil de otras atracciones de Santa Fe. Gracias Homewood Suites. Estaremos de vuelta.

This hotel was a great place to stay for many reasons. The accommodations were lovely, clean and comfortable. The breakfast every morning and light fare dinner in evening M- W was amazing. The Butterfly hiking trail was a bonus which was located near the Hilton Casino property adjacent to Homewood Suites . The hiking trail has some hills but if you don’t mind that at 7000 ft it’s a great workout. We loved it all! An easy drive to other attractions in Santa Fe too. Thanks Homewood Suites. We’ll be back.

The room was large and clean. We had a separate living room area with a TV and kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean with a good shower. These are the most important things to us when we travel.

Ótimo hotel, localização agradável, quartos limpos, bom café da manhã, desde garrafas de água na entrada para ajudar os clientes durante esses dias quentes de verão. Os quartos contam com todas as comodidades, como geladeira completa, micro-ondas, fogão e micro-ondas. Também os quartos vêm com ventiladores de teto que foram úteis, pois tem sido muito quente e quente e os condicionadores de ar não estão lidando com o calor. A única desvantagem que eu gostava é que os travesseiros eram muito macios e não aguentavam.

Fiquei tão satisfeito com a minha estadia aqui! Gosto especialmente do balcão de café da manhã com pratos quentes e das refeições quentes do "happy hour" com uma taça de vinho, perfeitas para antes e depois de dias de trabalho agitados.Também gosto que você possa fazer seu próprio agendamento de serviço de quarto / limpeza. Os quartos casita são muito espaçosos e confortáveis. É o espaço perfeito para trabalhar fora de "casa".

Gran hotel, buena ubicación, habitaciones limpias, buen desayuno, botellas de agua en la entrada para ayudar a los clientes durante estos calurosos días de verano. Las habitaciones cuentan con todas las comodidades, como refrigerador completo, microondas, estufa y microondas. Además, las habitaciones cuentan con ventiladores de techo que fueron útiles, ya que ha estado muy caliente y los aires acondicionados no soportan el calor. El único inconveniente que me gustó fue que las almohadas eran demasiado suaves y no aguantaban.

I have been so pleased with my stay here!I especially enjoy the hot breakfast bar, and the "happy hour" hot meals with a glass of wine, are perfect for before and after busy workdays.I also like that you can make your own room service/ cleaning schedule.The casita rooms are very spacious and comfortable.It is the perfect space for working when away from "home."

Great hotel ,nice quite location , clean rooms, good breakfast, provided water bottles at the entrance to help customers during these hot summer days.Rooms come with all amenities such as full refrigerator, microwave , stove and microwave. Also the rooms come with ceiling fans which were handy as it has been very warm and hot and the air conditioners are not coping with the heat. Only downside I liked the pillows were too soft and not holding up.
