“Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to. The rooms are completely clean, landscape is perfect, staff is incredibly helpful. The food is amazing and the variety of restaurants is fantastic! The only complaint I’d have is that the beach is covered in sea weed — but the pool is where you want to be any way, so many activity’s are available. Once again, absolutely breathtaking and an amazing resort!”

“For the $1500 paid per person I was expecting a better quality of hotel and service. It started with the checking in, it took an hour and a half. The lobby 's furniture was outdated and dirty. Our rooms were cleaned 2 of 4 nights. Room service took for ever. The quality of the food and drinks were poor. The beach was dirty and smelled like sewer. Covid texting was very disorganized and long waiting hours under the sun. I will NEVER return to this hotel nor will I EVER recommend it.”
