“Roubaram meus pertences (perfume e boné) dentro do quarto! Não confiem em deixar seus pertences fora da mala! O hotel me retornou com mensagem automática que não poderia fazer nada! ABSURDO!! hotel caro, que dizem 5 estrelas e esse tipo de ocorrido dentro do nosso quarto!! não voltarei nunca!”

“For the $1500 paid per person I was expecting a better quality of hotel and service. It started with the checking in, it took an hour and a half. The lobby 's furniture was outdated and dirty. Our rooms were cleaned 2 of 4 nights. Room service took for ever. The quality of the food and drinks were poor. The beach was dirty and smelled like sewer. Covid texting was very disorganized and long waiting hours under the sun. I will NEVER return to this hotel nor will I EVER recommend it.”
