“Very fantastic restaurants in the hotel with amazing service! Asma was absolutely brilliant and very friendly and helpful. Made the fairmont feel like home.

“Our stay at Fairmont Royal Palm has been great . We enjoyed the most the outstanding service, the staff came back in every request and nothing es ever forgotten. That’s what matters to me in a “real” 5 star establishment. The room was spacious and the bed is superb.
The only drawback was the pool food, it was a bit dull and did not live up to the expectations. An investment into the menu and overall into the sunloungers, sun shades etc. would be good.
Excellent experience and truly 5*. We hope to be back.”
