“Our stay at Fairmont Royal Palm has been great . We enjoyed the most the outstanding service, the staff came back in every request and nothing es ever forgotten. That’s what matters to me in a “real” 5 star establishment. The room was spacious and the bed is superb.
The only drawback was the pool food, it was a bit dull and did not live up to the expectations. An investment into the menu and overall into the sunloungers, sun shades etc. would be good.
Excellent experience and truly 5*. We hope to be back.”
