“4 stars due to only one working elevator which was extremely slow. Also, the temperature in the commons area(s) such as the halls, elevator, lobby, eating area, etc. was very hot. Probably hotter than the July heat outside.
Although, the AC in the room worked quite well. Good breakfast as well. BBQ pit to use, putting green, indoor pool, and lots of outdoor seating. 07/21/2022 - 07/23/2022.”

“I wish I could give zero stars. Here is what was wrong with my last visit:1. I was traveling with my wheelchair bound and hearing impaired 95 year old mother. When I made the reservation, I had specially requested an appropriately accessible room for her and a normal room for me. When we checked in, I found to my chagrin that they gave her a normal room and when I went to the desk to get this corrected, they informed me that they had no available wheelchair accessible rooms and a normal room was all they could offer her. So much for reserving an accessible room! 2. We arrived at our 3 PM check in time, but the rooms were not ready and we had to wait about 30 minutes after a long drive. 3. The front desk would not answer my phone calls from the room. 4. The Wi-Fi in my room did not work. 5. The “hot” water in the shower was lukewarm at best.Otherwise, we had a lovely stay at a one star hotel while paying three star prices!”
