“I wish I could give zero stars. Here is what was wrong with my last visit:1. I was traveling with my wheelchair bound and hearing impaired 95 year old mother. When I made the reservation, I had specially requested an appropriately accessible room for her and a normal room for me. When we checked in, I found to my chagrin that they gave her a normal room and when I went to the desk to get this corrected, they informed me that they had no available wheelchair accessible rooms and a normal room was all they could offer her. So much for reserving an accessible room! 2. We arrived at our 3 PM check in time, but the rooms were not ready and we had to wait about 30 minutes after a long drive. 3. The front desk would not answer my phone calls from the room. 4. The Wi-Fi in my room did not work. 5. The “hot” water in the shower was lukewarm at best.Otherwise, we had a lovely stay at a one star hotel while paying three star prices!”

“I only stayed at this hotel for one night… as I had places to be… and it wasn’t an overall horrible experience. The room was nice and spacious, and had several places to sit down. The problems started to occur before we even got into our hotel room. We were locked out of it! The digital room key didn’t work… and we spent over 15 minutes trying to troubleshoot. When I gave up, I headed to the lobby, were the people who were checking into their room were chatting for around 30 minutes. The time was around 10:40 when I finally got the physical key to my room. The shower door was EXTREMELY loud when you tried to shut it, and could probably be heard through the entire hallway 🤣. Other than that, the complementary breakfast was a nice start to the morning, and the view outside the room was pretty. Overall, this was a…
