*PLEASE READ* I normally do not take time out of my day to complain but I believe people deserve to know what they’re getting into before booking a room here. My boyfriend and I were in town for the weekend and wanted to stay at an affordable place near Times Square. The pictures on Google are extremely deceiving. THIS IS NOT A SANITARY HOTEL. The carpet is grimy and you can tell it has not been cleaned in years. The cleanest part about the room were the bed sheets and towels, if that. We booked a room with two beds. One of the beds, was broken. Thankfully, we are a couple and only really needed one bed. The water in the shower took 35 minutes to warm up. The telephone in the room did not work and they did not pick up when we called with our phones. So if he had to complain about something, we’d have to go all the way downstairs. The staff was kind, this review does not reflect their customer service. However the hotel itself is horrible. The walls in the whole room were peeling, and there we dirty marks all around the room. There were mysterious stains everywhere, and the tub did not drain. The walls were very thin. I could hear what the guests in the room next to me were saying, all night. Please, do yourself a favor and do not stay here. As you can see, they have countless of negative reviews. And management will have responses as “We are disappointed you did not enjoy your stay.” But nothing changes. It’s BS. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AS I DID NOT & I REGRET IT.

Great hotel! Of course New York like any other big city is fast pace. Manhattan at the Times Square tries there best to accommodate you in anyway they can they go above and beyond to make you happy. Nice to leave in the morning for a fun site seeing trip come back to a freshly clean room. Staff is very friendly. They allow you to check your bags in early if you arrive before 3pm check in. Allison at the front desk was outstanding if she happens to be working when you arrive say high. Will definitely come back again. Please remember this hotel accommodates millions throughout the years and someone will always complain for little things. Joe & Gloria

I’m truly not someone who ever writes negative reviews, but please read and listen to everyone else. The lobby DOES look like it would be a nice clean hotel, but as soon as you get upstairs you feel like you’re in a redone haunted warehouse or something. The walls were all chipped, old furniture, there was hair in my shower on the wall & the soap holder was all gross. It just didn’t seem like they fully clean the rooms! Luckily I was only there for one night, but I would not recommend.

This hotel is supposed to be a 4* hotel. This is just walking distance from Time square right out of the entrance; you can see the Time square. Has a decent lobby. But once I entered the room, I was so disappointed. 1. Strained carpet with areas that were bleached and those signs showing 2. No Phone 3. Bathroom tub does not drain properly 4. Bathroom floor, and wallpapers, were ancient and strained 5. Heater/AC was so outdated, and the bottom areas were broken I have seen better 2* Motels in my life than this one. Above all, I went and complained to the front desk while I was going out, they offered to change the room, and I said since I am going out, hold a new room, and once I come back, I can change this room. They said they could not hold another room until I got out of this because they would be selling this to someone else. Even after I complained and told them about all this, they were still trying to sell this rather than fixing this. I took a pic of all the items I described. But I do not see a way to attach them here. So if you have the option to stay away from this motel (not a 4* hotel) Response to the owner reply I see that you keep apologizing for all negative comments but as people are complaining you guys do not fix that. The quality of the room did not go bad overnight. These have been happing for longtime and so many people complaining about it, your staff know it well too and you do not act to fix it. Instead you apologize which causes loss of money and have a bad experience for the people who stay there. Why would we even want to consider staying when your response do not have any steps or plans to fix the quality of the hotel. For all potential customers Stay away, Stay away, Stay away. You have been warned by so many people.

0 stars. My wife and I booked this hotel based on its ratings and proximity to an event we need to be at for tomorrow. We went on the website and it looked fine so we booked it. We just needed a spot to crash after a long day in the city. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We typically do not complain - understanding that the world has gone through many changes during the last past few years. But there are far too many things going wrong here to not warn others. Their room key car reader is down - so a staff member - hardworking, nice - has to use their key to let you into your room. Anytime you leave. The air conditioning is not working. We have it set at 62 right now are are lucky if it’s 72 in this room. The room is tinier and older than it appears online. Which wouldn’t bother us if it was clean. But we had to call housekeeping and the front desk (who didn’t pick up) because one of the beds had brown stains on the sheets. The bathroom was also not clean, moldy, and had hair all over it. Typically, upon seeing all of this - we would leave. But, we are exhausted and just need to sleep before an early morning. Housekeeping put new sheets on and cleaned our room. Every staff member has been gracious and very nice. But, not a place to stay if you’re looking for a clean place to relax for the night. We will talk with management In the morning.

Não gostei, tapetes velhos e sujos nos quartos e corredores, ar condicionado sujo. Local insalubre, fiquei doente crise alérgica sem voz. Fui com uma amiga, nos colocaram em quarto de casal apenas uma cama alegaram que não tinham outra acomodação e se fosse colocado mais uma cama seria cobrado. Funcionários desatenciosos, sem cortesia, indiferentes. Não recomendo.

Location and staff were great. Everything else was horrible. Besides from the hotel being out dated, it is dirty. The bathroom was falling apart in our room and smelled like mold. The curtains, walls, and lamp shades were all stained. The absolute worst part was there is no kind of temperature control in the rooms. The AC was broken and it was very hot. We had to leave our window open and barely got any sleep because of the noise. I would never ever stay here again. Listen to the reviews because they are correct! This hotel needs a complete cleaning and renovation!

Un hotel muy básico, estábamos en la planta 22, y la atención y el nivel no son de 3 estrellas ni de lejos.En España,y en general Europa, los hoteles son mucho mejores. No nos pusieron ningún día las toallas completas para los huéspedes de la habitación, no llenaron el champú,gel,etc en toda la semana, todo lo que había en la habitación daba la impresión de otra época, sin más. Lo único bueno que tiene es su ubicación.

This is hotel is definitely not as pictured on their website. Our original room was disgusting old and covered in dust and black mold. I had to speak to the manger who thankfully was understanding of my child’s respiratory issues and accommodated is into another room on another floor that was “cleaner” and a bit more up to date. I really appreciate her for doing that and made sure I told her how grateful I was. I didn’t want my child’s long awaited trip to NYC to be ruined by an ER visit or hospital admission. ALL the rooms should be CLEAN, MOLD FREE, and up to date. This should be the standard across the entire facility and not specific to the more expensive section. The original room resembled of what I imagine a run down Motel 6 may look like, it was gross. Our newer room had a mini fridge that didn’t close properly so our drinks didn’t stay cold and we couldn’t place anything in it. (The original room didn’t have a one). There are no microwaves in the rooms to warm up any food from the restaurants we visited. The sink was clogged and filled up with water within seconds. There are many improvements still to be made at The Manhattan at Times Square. Maybe when that happens we will be glad to try and stay with them again, but not till then or anytime soon.

Lo único rescatable fue la ubicación pero de ahí en más, pésima experiencia, no hubo día donde no hiciéramos corajes.Tristísimo el trato, el servicio, el manejo del hotel Dos managers muy muy amables no pueden salvar el trabajo deficiente de cientos de otros trabajadores del hotel. Cuartos sucios, camas rotas, sin A/C y calefacción, baños pequeños, alfombras cochinas, personal grosero, solo dos maquinas de hielo para todo el hotel, etc.No vuelvo jamás, familia de 4 en un solo cuarto, sin toallas (porque cada que llamaba para pedir más, me colgaban). Mi error no leer las demás opiniones de aquí, pero no vuelvo!

Lo mejor del hotel la ubicación , eso de 10.Pero en cuanto al hotel en si, muy mal.Se nota que ha pasado por tiempos mejores. Las habitaciones son grandes, pero todo está muy viejo. Y por no hablar del personal de recepción,no podían ser más desagradables.Al final no entras a discutir con ellos porque lo que quieres es pasar una buena estancia, y como tampoco se pasa mucho tiempo dentro del hotel , pero las veces que tuvimos que ir a preguntar,se notaba que les molestaba la gente.

Nos tocó hab. al lado del ascensor y se oía el sube y baja. Un poco anticuado todo. Enmoquetado. Bañera q el grifo no cerraba bien y perdía agua.. Lo bueno es q estás en el centro de todo, y si lo usas para dormir y ducharte sobra. Y el precio

My friends and I had this hotel booked for over a month and had already fully paid for everything. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were immediately turned away because we were all 19 or 20. We were all under the impression that we only needed to be 18 to book the hotel room and had already fully paid and booked the room. The age requirement of 21 was never mentioned while booking the room. We should not have been able to reserve and pay for the room if we did not meet the requirements.Communication with the front staff and the manager was terrible, as they would not listen to anything we had to say. I understand following the policy, but there was no care for what we had to say and no help was offered what so all. My friends and I were all basically kicked out of the hotel and forced to go back out on the streets of New York with all of our luggage and nowhere to go.They at least told us we would get a refund. However, that was months ago and we are STILL WAITING. The communication regarding the refund has also been terrible and very unhelpful.

The hotel location for the price was fantastic! The room was more spacious than normal for a NYC hotel room. The front desk knew little about their hotel, only some halls are renovated, the cleanliness is supper, and the responsiveness from the front desk for basic needs like pillows and towels that aren't in your room is quite slow. Elevators are slow, too. Despite all that - it was not enough to deter me and I would stay there again.

Lo único aceptable era su ubicación, que era excelente. Estuvimos 12 noches y las cinco primeras aparte de no hacernos la habitación, tuvimos que pedir incluso las toallas, ya que ni eso nos servían. Las habitaciones aparte de totalmente anticuadas estaban muy sucias, los grifos no cerraban bien y la calefacción tampoco funcionaba. La moqueta de la habitación aparte de sucia tenía quemaduras. En definitiva, la habitación se corresponde mas bien con una pensión de baja categoría. En definitiva, JAMÁS nos volveremos a alojar allí bajo ningún concepto. No se lo recomiendo a nadie!!

Algo decepcionado del hotel. Le hace falta limpieza y mantenimiento en general. El fin de semana que estuve de 3 elevadores funcionaba 1 y perdías mucho tiempo esperando a poder bajar o subir. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho.Pero el "desayuno incluido" es lo peor. Literal es un vale de 10 dólares y solo tienes acceso a un pan o yogurt o barra de cereal, un café o bebida y fruta. No puedes cambiar tu café por otra comida. Eso para mí, no es un desayuno.

Upon entering the hotel, the staff are really helpful and kind. I would definitely say they could really use renovations in the rooms. Bathroom mat needs to be washed thoroughly and changed between each guest stay in my opinion. Not really sure how often the shower heads are removed and cleaned but that could definitely help as well. Overall nice hotel, just needs a few things as I’ve stated !

Só a localização é muito boa.Tivemos q trocar de quarto pq o oferecido estava com o papel de parede descolado com mofo e muito a desejar. A muito custo nos trocaram para outro um pouco melhor. Atendimento da recepção péssima,limpeza terrível e ainda sumiu o cabo do cel.da minha prima. A máquina de agua do andar não funcionava. Não indico este hotel.

Taxa de hospedagem, 40 dólares por dia. Tem que ficar atento para não ter uma surpresa. Consulte antes. Só vale a pena pela localização, que é ótima. Fachada bonita não condiz com o interior, carpetes velhos, sem frigobar, falta manutenção e principalmente, o pessoal da recepção atende muito mal, principalmente quando chegamos, recepcionista nada simpática, é para afugentar hóspedes. Chegamos de manhã mas só pudemos ter o quarto após as 15 h. Acho que foi a primeira e última experiência nesse hotel.

Primeiro ficamos 7 dias em noutro hotel muito bom e 3 dias nesse. A localização desse hotel é perfeita, acredito que esse hotel tenha sido maravilhoso no passado. Atualmente o hotel precisa de uma boa reforma,o papel de parede do quarto está bem velho e estufado, as tomadas são super antigas como tudo dentro do quarto. As tomadas são muito ruins. As paredes estão descascando e parece que vai esfarelar e cair. No entanto, foi um dos poucos hotéis que tinha lugar para 4 pessoasno mesmo quarto, coisa rara hoje em dia, ficamos num quarto com duas camas de casal. Lembrando que em NY fora o valor da diária tem uma taxa que cada hotel cobra extra por dia/quarto o que encarece muito se for pegar dois quartos e o fato de todos ficarem no mesmo quarto economizamos nessas taxas. Somos dois adultos e duas adolescentes/adultas de 14 e 18 anos. Não tem frigobar, tem uma cafeteira e uma mesa de escrivaninha com uma cadeira. Não tem espaço adequado para acomodar as malas de todos, mas pelo custo/benefício valeu a pena. Viemos numa época de Covid em que muitos hotéis estavam sem funcionários e sem limpeza dos quartos ou troca de toalhas e os 3 dias que ficamos aqui tivemos limpeza e troca de toalhas.

Me quedé en este hotel y no es lo que muestran en las fotos. Hotel viejo, necesita remodelación rush. Ni tan siquiera incluye una botella de agua. El cuarto sucio cuando pedimos para cambiarnos de cuarto el manager lo hizo de mala gana. No vuelvo a quedame jamás.

One thing I would recommend for folks booking through a 3rd party website is to make sure you add the names of all guests or at least the guest who will be checking in first. The booking was under my name and they wouldn't let my friend check in till I got there. Also, there's no late check outs. Housekeeping will be in your room cleaning at noon on check out day. Location is perfect. Very close to Times Square and the rooms are affordable. The view from the 22nd floor was great.

Bastante viejo y deteriorado, la bañera se hundía según donde pisaras, el trato bastante newyorkino dejando bastante que desear salvo una de las mujeres de habitaciones y Guillermo de recepción que fueron súper gentiles, hubieron días que según qué mujer de limpieza hubiese no hacían la habitación. Deberían mejorar bastante las habitaciones. La ubicación buena por estar a 200m de Thimes square y próxima a paradas de metro, si volviese a visitar la ciudad no volvería a este alojamiento puesto que thimes square sería visita obligada allá donde estuviese alojado y paradas de metro hay muchas por New York para poder desplazarte.

La ubicación es perfecta, estás cerca de casi todo y hay metro a la vuelta para ir a dónde gustes, las habitaciones son limpias, los muebles y alfombras muestran que tuvieron su época hace años, pero no huelen a vejez, el baño parece renovado. No me tocó vista a la cd, no escuché ruido alguno por la noche que me impidiera dormir. El personal no es mega amable, pero tampoco grosero, simplemente medios equis. Un recepcionista chinito o japonés es el que se portó super chido la verdad. Realmente volvería a este hotel, pero soy de las personas que me gusta probar nuevas cosas😜

This hotel is older, and as such has some wear and tear. I subtracted a star for this — However my room was clean and I did not find anything objectionable. If you’re planning to spend most of your time in the hotel maybe you want something more updated, but if you’re only coming back to the room for the nights then this is just fine. It’s location and pricing relative to that is excellent - very short walking distance to Times Square and Central Park. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was always wearing masks and gloves when I saw them.

Hemos estado con la familia en Naviadad yel hotel esta bastante viejo, las habitaciones son muy viejas y para colmo las recepcionista del hotel paracen que estan enfadadas. Tardaron en ponernos en la habitacionuna nevera para nuestra hija 2 dias, lo unico que puedo decir bueno del hotel es la ubicacion que esta muy bieny las camas son comodas , pero por lo demas creo que no volveriamosal mismo.

Perfect spot. Beautiful and big hotel. The suite room is awesome big and feel like I'm back into New York apartment. Feel like back home. Very friendly in the hotel, precautions thru pandemic. Our suite room is huge and just right accommodation for us here. I have a view thru windows from my 17 floor we are in. Love it and enjoy it here.

I stayed at this hotel in August, and I booked a premium room in June on the top floor. I didn't look at the reviews until after I booked, I assumed it was a good hotel since it was in a good location. I called to confirm that I received my premium room with a good view of time square, as listed in the booking info. The day my friend and I went to our hotel room, we had exactly what I asked for, but I think it was only because I called to confirm the room MATCHED the details of what I paid for. The room still had a few issues, tearing wall paint, outlets didn't work, had to call in the a/c. I honestly think they make the a/cs not work on purpose just to save $ because they fixed it in a few min and they barely did anything to it. My friend and I stayed for 3 nights and we were out ALL day, and we were only in the hotel to sleep. I believe it was a great location and we didn't go to NYC to stay in the hotel and relax. If you're traveling with children or anyone with health issues, you may not want to stay here if you want time to cool off and relax. If you're full of energy and adventurous and planning to be gone all day, then maybe this is the place for you. Yes, I did pay more for a better room, but I don't believe other people should get poor quality rooms just because they didn't pay more $. Customers are getting ripped off in that aspect. We were in a very convenient location, but walking around the floor of the top floor we were at, we dubbed the hotel - Hotel Transylvania because it looked so scary and old

Our first room keys didn't even work to the door, then after a trip down they reset the keys, they didn't work again. After finding a bell hop(Elliot, who was the most help we got and a very nice gentlemen) he tried the keys and couldn't get them to work, he then got a room manager who had to use his special key, only to find the room wasn't even set up. We then were put in another room where the hot water proceeded to go out the next morning. Honestly this wasn't my first or second choice(first closed for renovations and second filled up) in our stay, but knowing what I know now, I'd have spent extra to stay somewhere nicer.

Hotel en pleno corazón de la gran manzana, a escasos 300 metros en línea recta de Times Square. Y junto a la boca de metro de la 50st. El hotel es antiguo y necesitaría reformas, sobretodo los baños. Dispone de tv, plancha, secador de pelo y caja fuerte en la habitación. Si solo buscas alojamiento para dormir está bien. Personal amable y servicial.

Good location for visiting nearby attractions. Good price. Paid a little extra for a high floor room. Very basic amenities with dated, aging room. No frills but adequate. Staff aren't going above and beyond but they do the job. There's nothing special about this hotel. It was good for one night. If staying longer, I'd stay at a nicer place but for short stays I'd stay there again.

I don't get the bad reviews, but maybe I had the best room somehow? It was a standard room with a queen bed, and it surpassed expectations. Windows on two sides with blackout curtains that worked. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Everything was clean and, while not brand new, everything was in good shape. All employees were friendly and helpful. I was sorry to leave and would definitely stay there again.

My stay two weekends ago was absolutely terrible. The rooms have severe water damage in them. The furniture is old, broken down and damaged. The carpets are dirty and stained and the wall paper is peeling off the walls. The website is terribly misleading. When i talked to the front desk about the water damage in our room, they switched us to another room with the exact same issues. The elevators go out of service frequently and are extremely loud - you can hear them from the rooms. I believe the rooms have mold in them (from water damage) so both mypartner and i came back from our trip sick. I've requested my money back and no one responds!!!Travelers, please dont make the same mistake i did. Stay somewhere else!

Bonito por fuera y buena imagen en el lobby, las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, es cierto que llegas a NY y es una ciudad cara para vivir y visitar, el hotel está en excelente ubicacion pero a mí parecer cuándo valoras cobro/valor por noche y miras la habitacion sucia y con falta de mantenimiento. Overall my stay here was quite wonderful. Check in and out was very quick and painless. I was on the 22nd floor with a decent view. The room was clean. They did not honor my special request and didn't notify me of the fact that they weren't going to. So, that part was disappointing but, no big deal...Couple things that people might find helpful: this is a cash free hotel so you must have a card. The bathroom (atleast in my room) as you enter, you have to be very aware of how you're stepping. The bathroom floor is raised just enough that if you don't pick up your feet, you're going to trip and possibly fall. If you did happen to fall, it's not going to be pretty. Be careful!

El hotel está más que bien ubicado... cerca del metro, cerca de la parada de buses turísticos y de Brodway. La habitación cómoda y el personal muy querido. La verdad super recomendado. Me extraña la baja puntuación que tiene pero con la ubicación se paga todo.

This place is dirty. Hair all over the bathroom. toilet, tub, walls are all disgusting. Staff admitted to the drinks in shop downstairs have never been changed out in 2 years before pandemic. Elevators are nasty. Totally not impressed with this place at all. Asked for a late checkout and they wanted to charge me $75. Won't be back.

Los calificaré solo por la buena ubicación que tiene este hotel, el lobby es lo único bonito, al tomar al ascensor y llegar al piso de la habitación que nos asignaron, pude observar lo deteriorado y descuidado que está este hotel tiene un olor desagradable, las habitaciones necesitan urgente una remodelación, los baños olían horrible, hacia más calor adentro que afuera porq el aire nunca funcionó bien, solo al entrar a esa horrible y triste habitación ya me quería ir, así que tome mis cosas pedí la devolución de mi dinero y me fui a otro hotel. Las fotos que muestra el hotel no son para nada la realidad. Este hotel necesita urgente una Remodelación total. No lo recomiendo

Nos cargaron impuestos extras ..del hotel no reconocidos al hacer la reservacion. Al final salio muy caro. Solo la ubicacion justifico todos los cargos extras. Ademas te cargan 200 dls.extras por si sucede algo antes de tu salida. Se regresan saliendo. Pero me lleve tremendo susto

Los calificaré solo por la buena ubicación que tiene este hotel, el lobby es lo único bonito, al tomar al ascensor y llegar al piso de la habitación que nos asignaron, pude observar lo deteriorado y descuidado que está este hotel tiene un olor desagradable, las habitaciones necesitan urgente una remodelación, los baños olían horrible, hacia más calor adentro que afuera porq el aire nunca funcionó bien, solo al entrar a esa horrible y triste habitación ya me quería ir, así que tome mis cosas pedí la devolución de mi dinero y me fui a otro hotel. Las fotos que muestra el hotel no son para nada la realidad. Este hotel necesita urgente una Remodelación total. No lo recomiendo

El hotel está bueno y la ubicación excelente pero nos retuvieron Plata por si generábamos algún daño en la habitación, la cual si no los había nos la iban a devolver a los 2-3 días. Paso un mes y no nos la devolvieron, llamamos por teléfono un montón de veces y no se quieren hacer cargo.

Fair... I've stayed at better places. Everything in all the other reviews are 95% accurate. Just take your money and go somewhere else. Free parking is a good deal with that package, but they park the car for you. The hotel really needs to be update majorly. With what they are charging... things can be fixed/replaced in the rooms I'm sure. Location is perfect, everything else is not. I doubted myself several times about coming to this hotel and I should have went with my gut and stayed somewhere else. Only reason I chose this place was due to the location and the Free Parking offer

EL PEOR HOTEL DE NY SIN DUDAS. Las habitaciones que muestran no son NADA que ver. Olor a humedad, todo Viejo.Nos quisieron dar una habitación con un dolor hueco arriba de mi almohada. Nos cambiaron a otra que la alfombra estaba completamente empapada con una turbina que hacía muchísimo ruido secándola (se olvidaron de sacarla antes de darnos l habitación) ni les cuento el olor a podrido que salía de esa habitación.Cada vez que quería ingresar a la habitación, se me des configuraba la tarjeta. Me llegaron a dar 10 tarjetas para abrir la habitación.Un horror!!

To start with the few positives: this is a great location at a really good price per night, BUT the inside of the hotel including the rooms look run down on most floors. It almost felt like a motel and the a/c wouldn’t work or get lower than 78-ish degrees (too warm to sleep comfortably) and there was no mini fridge or microwave so you’ll be going out to eat at McDonald’s a lot since it’s across the street. This is recommended if it’s the kind of deal where you don’t actually plan on staying in the hotel much at all and can deal with drab decor and warm rooms since you are in an amazing city with so much to offer outside.

The lobby and bellman were great, bellman was able to hold our luggage for us all day before we checked in. The room itself… nasty goo in the tub. We didn’t even have soap or TOILET PAPER. It took them nearly 4 hours after we complained twice to bring us toilet paper. Didn’t bring us soap tho even tho we asked. I asked if they could clean the tub and they said it was the caulking to fix the cracks. Why did they choose black and why did they do such a bad job? Lol. Other than that, the room was nice. It’s a good location and it was cheap. They do charge a $40 per night “luxury fee” tho and it was far from luxury

Como leí en opiniones anteriores, las instalaciones son antiguos, sucias y a veces tiene mal olor, la relación de servicio-precio es sumamente costoso y para que sean muy cautelosos son sumamente desordenados con los cobros, hacen cobros sin previa autorización y a la hora de tratar de contactarlos para recibir una respuesta del por qué, te desvían las llamadas y extensiones que nunca contestan. Al día de hoy me hicieron un cobro duplicado y lo que me han logrado decir es que no encuentran el primer cobroy a pesar de que les he indicado que yo si tengo respaldo de lo que les indico,me indican que me van a trasnferir y me cuelgan la llamada.Tiene cosas buenas, servicio del personal de limpieza y ubicación pero desde mi experiencia, mejor busquen otras opciones y tengan cuidado cuando brinden su método de pago ya que como les digo hacen cargos cuando ellos les plazca.

Este hotel no es recomendable ,tuvimos una experiencia muy desagradable con mi familia,cuando estábamos saliendo y haciendo el chek up.nos robaron la cartera de mi esposa donde estaban nuestros documentos completos ,el robo fue el n el loby del hotel,nosotros desesperados porque nuestro vuelo salía en 3 hs,los personales no nos hicieron caso,ni llamaron al 911,una vergüenza ,gracias a Dios pudimos conseguir los salvoconductos para volver al paraguay.Te cobran como garantías 200 uss como garantías por pieza y no se dignaron ni a mostrarnos las cámaras en donde se nos robaron todo,pasaje,carnet de vacunación. ,tarjetas .dinero,joyas ,etc

Se nota mucho la necesidad de renovar las instalaciones en general, alfombras, camas, luminarias. El baño era grande, cómodo, bastante moderno y equipado. Muy buena disposición de los que trabajan allí, tratan de solucionar los inconvenientes ocasionales de los turistas. La ubicación es muy favorable y los precios son accesibles. La pandemia afectó a todas los grandes centros turísticos y NYC no fue la excepción. Me gustaría volver a visitarlos y ver sus progresos!!!!

Rooms are not what they look like at all on the website! Completely different & completely run down! Bathroom had mold starting to grow on the shower walls ! Rooms are super small! They also messed up our reservation! We reserved two beds and only got one and they pretty much refused to switch us to what we PAID for! So we got stuck with ONE bed for three people!The front desk workers are super rude! I just wouldn’t recommend this place at all to anyone !

If I could give zero Stars I would. The first room I was given had a flooded carpet. The second room I was given was not cleaned at all. There was Used soap still left in the trays on the sink in the tub. I had to take a shower with my shoes on. For a city that was Ground Zero for covid you expected a little more effort to keep their guests safe. None of my concerns have been addressed, stay away from this hotel the city should inspect it immediately

On the upside, the staff is very helpful and friendly- they always said good morning to us in the halls when we saw each other! I understand that one is paying for the location when renting at this hotel, but even so the rooms are severely overpriced. For what we paid, we were expecting a much nicer room and I would think each room would have a mini fridge and a microwave but ours did not. Not an awful room but definitely showed signs of wear and not what we expected for the price.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is right next to some of the biggest tourist spots in NYC like Times Square and Central Park. The room service attendants and the people at the front desk were excellent. However, the rooms leave a bit to be desired, as I had a few issues with the air conditioning and some of the lights. The room also lacked a mini fridge or a microwave. Once I got adjusted to the room, though, it was not bad at all.

First of all this hotel was a total catfish. The room we stayed in had a nice view but the room itself definitely was not a nice view. The soap in the bathroom had mold in it and the washcloths had stains on them, not to mention they did not supply any towels for showering. The ACs weren’t working and there were holes in the tub. It if we’re a bit cheaper i wouldn’t have minded but at the end of my stay there was an added 120 dollars for “fees and taxes” if I would have known I would have put that money elsewhere for a better stay. On the upside the staff was great and very friendly and the hotel was located in a great spot just seconds from time square.

NO air conditioning. The hotel had shut the A/C off as they said that it was in between seasons. Guests were not notified ahead of time. Had we known we would have gone elsewhere. The hotel is run down and definitely not 3 or 4 stars I have attempted to contact the hotel manager, via visiting the front desk,, leaving written messages, and phone messages since May 14, 2021. I have not received one contact back. I am trying to reach a manager for a refund as I booked through a 3rd party and they require documentation. The management will not return my contacts.

Hotel antigo, quartos espaçosos, atendimento bom, limpo. Precisa de manutenção,carpetes dos corredores em condições precárias,o primeiro quarto que fiquei tinha mofo no banheiro e por baixo do papel de parede do quarto. Trocamos sem problemas para um outro , mais espaçoso e em melhores condições. Café da manhã ruim, café ou chá, uma fruta, água mineral e um pão ou bolo a sua escolha.

Hotel super localizado na times Square, recepção super ágil, falam espanhol, não tem café incluído, mas vc pode tomar café no Starbucks que tem na recepção. O quarto era grande, cama deliciosa, fiquei no 17ª sem nenhum barulho Dou nota 10 é super recomendo este hotel👏👏

Excelente localização, perto dos principais pontos turísticos. Boas acomodações apesar de ser antigo, e bom atendimento. O hotel cobra taxfee, o horário de check in é às 16:00, chek out 12:00. Cheguei mais ou menos 12:00 e não queria esperar então paguei um valor extra de $50,00 e entrei antes. Tem um pequeno Starbucks lá dentro , mas não funciona o dia inteiro.

Razoável no quesito limpeza. Atendimento medíocre. Ótima localização. Taxa obrigatória de serviços de 40 dólares. Serviços que deveriam ser opcionais, tais como internet, garrafa de água no quarto, (fake) e outras facilidades que deveriam estar incluso nas diárias, pelo menos como opcional e não obrigatório. Se a moda pega,logo estaremos pagando pelo uso do ar condicionado, elevador etc...
