“Se nota mucho la necesidad de renovar las instalaciones en general, alfombras, camas, luminarias. El baño era grande, cómodo, bastante moderno y equipado. Muy buena disposición de los que trabajan allí, tratan de solucionar los inconvenientes ocasionales de los turistas. La ubicación es muy favorable y los precios son accesibles. La pandemia afectó a todas los grandes centros turísticos y NYC no fue la excepción. Me gustaría volver a visitarlos y ver sus progresos!!!!”

“First of all this hotel was a total catfish. The room we stayed in had a nice view but the room itself definitely was not a nice view. The soap in the bathroom had mold in it and the washcloths had stains on them, not to mention they did not supply any towels for showering. The ACs weren’t working and there were holes in the tub. It if we’re a bit cheaper i wouldn’t have minded but at the end of my stay there was an added 120 dollars for “fees and taxes” if I would have known I would have put that money elsewhere for a better stay. On the upside the staff was great and very friendly and the hotel was located in a great spot just seconds from time square.”
