“JW Marriott has got to be one of the best experiences I have ever had in the hotel industry. The beds are great, the rooms are big enough to accommodate family. The quietness in there is unprecedented. I enjoyed the amazing, yet efficient room service among many other services provided by the hotel. It was a great experience. Oh, the building is close to the tourist bus as well the Metro station which is three minutes away. And just behind is 1 to 10 an Great discount store. Certainly, will come back and enjoy the hospitality.”

“I have been to this hotel more than 20 times. Earlier this place used to feel really luxurious but now it feels old. The air conditioning is a bit poor. The bed also used to be really comfortable but now both the bed and the pillows don't seem comfortable. The staff is not very courteous and you feel as if they are doing you a favour by checking you in. Sometimes the wait time at the reception are very high.
The food is great. Bathroom toiletries are good quality.”
