“The room was extremely clean. Convenient location and the most helpful/dedicated customer care. The operation manager Mayra Vasquez and Richard Hernandez went above and beyond to resolve my concerns. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and services they provided .Thank you!”

“This hotel is tough. Internet connect is too slow for remote working or streaming. It worked fine when we checked in and then dropped off the speed to completely useless the second day and on through for the remainder of our stay. Housekeeping was so noisy out in the hallway on the 4th Floor and that kicked off around 8:00 a.m. - banging and letting the door across from our room bang and bang over and over. Staff morale appears terrible at this hotel. Almost no one looks at you or even makes an attempt at friendliness. Breakfast staff were the worst. Guests have to ask them to refill empty containers during the morning meal. They mostly stand and talk to one another (two ladies) rather than attending to the food or cleaning the tables. The hotel was not like this in the past - very disappointed. Shaking my head!”
