“I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it is in a great location, near subway, Starbucks, bodegas and restaurants, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. First impressions are memorable and the front desk/check-in receptionist at 1000, had terrible customer service. Again, we experienced this in the evening with a gentleman working there. Neither people were friendly or helpful/ Location and comfort of the rooms. Everything was very clean and in good working condition. Poor customer service.
In addition, no breakfast, only coffee, tea or hot chocolate.”
