O hotel estava em reforma, mas mesmo com as reformas, o hotel estava impecavelmente limpo e a equipe foi incrível!! Definitivamente vai reservar quando seus novos quartos estiverem disponíveis. Amo este hotel!!

Construção Confusão na construção, o hotel não tem lobby, nenhum restaurante para falar de quartos não são limpos diariamente, você precisa de dois elevadores separados para ir da garagem para o seu quarto, os sinais estão mal escritos ou não há sinais e eles querem cobrar você taxa de US $ 50 para não ficar lá durante todo o período de sua reserva sem geladeira no quarto. The hotel was under renovation, but even with the renovations, the hotel was impeccably clean and the staff was Amazing!! Definitely going to book when thier new rooms are available. Love this hotel!!

Construction Construction confusion,Hotel has no Lobby, no restaurant to speak of rooms are not cleaned daily ,you need two separate elevators to go from the parking garage to your room it's signs are badly written or no signs at all and then they want to charge you $50 fee not to stay there the full length of your reservation no refrigerator in the room. Better planes to stay. In light of the inconvenience and construction going on in the hotel one would think they would waive any fees to offer a better experience.

Love this facility did have a questionable fire alarm but our room was not vandalized or disturbed. The wait staff was very personable and the maid service exceptional. Location made it ideal to get to learn the campus and accessible to orientation. Highly recommend

Apesar de todas as construções/reformas acontecendo, eu realmente amei a minha estadia. Eu realmente gostei que não havia quaisquer taxas de estacionamento na garagem subterrânea. Despite all the construction/renovations happening, I really loved my stay. I really appreciated that there wasn't any parking charges in the underground garage. The employees were very helpful and the rooms were very clean! I look forward to returning when the renovations are all complete!

I am a Hilton diamond member and I booked a stay here on Friday April 15th using points. On Saturday I checked my bank account and the hotel charged me $306 for the stay after I had already paid for the room using points. When I called Hilton to dispute the charge, they put in a request for a manager to look at the charges which could take up to 48 hours. Then they would have to process a refund which I would receive in 3 to 5 business days. Some of us are barely making it and that charge put me in the hole to the point I couldn’t buy groceries. Your careless mistake cost me and now I won’t get a refund until you get around to it. I’ve never had this issue with any other Hilton. Get it together management

Eu precisava de um lugar de última hora para ficar depois que outros planos fracassaram. A recepcionista, Tiffany, foi muito prestativa e profissional. O conseguiu fazer o check-in no Hilton, quando todos os outros hotéis estavam indisponíveis até as 6h. O quarto estava bem conservado e higiênico! Roupa de cama e toalhas limpas, café de cortesia, uma suíte tranquila, sem queixas! A equipe também cumprimentou sempre que viram seus hóspedes em todo o hotel. Eu ficaria mais do que feliz em voltar para outra estadia.

I needed a last minute place to stay after other plans fell through. The receptionist, Tiffany, was very helpful and professional. O was able to check-in at the Hilton, when all other Hotels were unavailable until 6am. The room was well kept and sanitary! Clean linen and towels, complimentary coffee, a quiet suite, no complaints! The staff also greeted whenever they saw their guests throughout the hotel as well. I would be more than happy to return for another stay.

Um hotel encantador. Nós comemos no restaurante para o café da manhã e aquela refeição foi boa. Nós tínhamos comida entregue para o jantar. Foi bom podermos estacionar e ir direto para o nosso quarto usando o aplicativo para fazer o check-in e fornecer a chave digital. Os quartos foram decorados com bom gosto e muito limpos. Bela vista do horizonte da cidade se você estiver no lado correto. As camas eram muito confortáveis, mas talvez precisem ser viradas. Mas eu certamente ficaria aqui novamente. A equipe foi agradável e, novamente, os quartos eram muito limpos. Ficava literalmente a 1 quadra da área de esportes e a cerca de 3 quadras de um pequeno café agradável. Macalisters estava do outro lado da rua. Um smoothie king estava dentro do prédio de esportes. Se você cercar aqui, você deve saber que não há bananas para circular no hotel ou em qualquer um dos restaurantes. 😂

Lovely hotel. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and that meal was good. We had food delivered for dinner. It was nice that we were able to park and go straight to our room using the app to check in and provide the digital key. The rooms were nicely decorated and really clean. Nice view of the city skyline if you are on the correct side. The beds were pretty comfortable but maybe need to be turned.But I would certainly stay here again. The staff was nice and again, the rooms were really clean. It was literally 1 block from the sports area and about 3 blocks from a nice little coffee shop. Macalisters was across the street. A smoothie king was inside the sports building. If you fence here you should know there are no bananas to be round at the hotel, or any of the restaurants. 😂

El restaurante Eric's ubicado dentro del hotel tiene buena comida y ambiente para una cita profesional o íntima. Recomendado para pasar un buen tiempo.
