Fiquei neste hotel e se voltar a Londres com certeza irei me hospedar nele

Arrived for our birthday weekend, so disappointing, we were shown to our room917,on opening the door the room was so small and everything is tired, drab and dull. Immediately went to reception could not call as no phone in room! We were moved to room 1202 by Dipesh who was absolutely lovely, he could see how disappointed we were, these rooms are old, dirty and in need of a complete refurb. Kettle is perched precariously in a pull down flap under tv, all the dark dingy furniture is chipped and stained, lampshade stained, the bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen, a shower curtain! When I ran the tap brown stuffed seeped out around the top see pics, the filth around the grab rails of the bath and even worse where the toilet roll holder was not good in these covid times. £278 for 2 nights is way to much for this tired worn room with dark worn out furniture. We got in the lift 2 cleaners joined us on level 2 with all their dirty cleaning stuff, this I find completely unacceptable. Thank you millennium hotel for spoiling our weekend, never stay again.

Very old school looking rooms, not my type at all. You might have a different opinion, check it out 🙂👍🏻

Hotel bom e limpo, os lugares ao redor são limpos, não há bar e quase todas as pessoas ao redor são residentes do Golfo, e sua localização é linda, perto do Hyde Park e do Hards. Você pode dar um passeio com o seu masculinidade. O empregado era um egípcio que entendia árabe, mas a culpa dele é que os móveis são velhos e não tem serviço. Eles carregam as malas. Você é quem os recolhe e a limpeza é a limpeza do Mago. Eles pedem desculpas por Corona, e se você nadar no banheiro, a água vaza para as escovas que estão no sep.

I don't want to gossip about my bad experience here publicly but equally I find it fair to warn others - I described everything to their experience manager based in Singapore who was very understanding but really little she can do...I understand some hotels are struggling and this is one of them. So until they improve, better to stay away.

Nice hotel location fantastic rooms small and very noisy on a night in need of some double glazing but staff are fantastic always there if needed

Fabulous staff. Fabulous place. Our experience here for meetings is incredibly good. Didn’t stay overnight. The Philipino floor manager looking after the meeting rooms is exceptionally amazingly good. Well done.

Great value for money. I've stayed all over London for the past 20 years and I would have to say the Millennium Knightsbridge is the best combination of price, location, amenities, room size and condition. The Millennium is about a 2 minute walk from the back entrance to Harrod's. The front entrance puts you on every major fashion brand in Knightsbridge, if you care about that. There's an okay pub, The Gloucester, right across the street. The Tube station is a 2 minute walk. The hotel has a busy lobby with a bar that stays open late. There are 2 restaurants but I only had room service, which was decent. The room was big for London, meaning you could walk around the bed without bumping it to it or the walls. The bathroom was fully updated with a strong shower and hair dryer. The room and fixtures were in good, not perfect, shape. I had a pleasant view (room 907) of Victorian homes. The main downside was the noise of slamming doors. I was able to close mine quietly, but the rest of the guests seemed to feel the need to slam them. Hard. Very noisy when they did. I got my room through Priceline for 4 nights, Thur - Sun, at the last minute, and averaged $265 a night, all in. That's a crazy good deal, given all of the above.

The location of the hotel can’t be beat but the rooms need a face lift Paulo the concierge really was a gem. Made cabs magically appear, gave us great directions and advice. Really helped make our brief stay fun. Rather put out when we asked for ice (I had recent back surgery and ice was helping my recuperation). It took an hour to arrive as we were leaving for the evening. When we explained we were now going out the young man told us we should have called-not smart the small patio on one side of the hotel was very pleasant as the weather was mild and we enjoyed the Indian food

It's an old hotel who could benefit from a make over. The location is great but make sure you get a room no on the main Street. Biggest issue is that the superior rooms are only on Sloane Street. If you enjoy sleeping with the sound of supercars racing up and down the street, then you will be happy.

I found the hotel to have a good location. Close to the park for my run in the morning. Close to the shopping her run most of the afternoon. Just got a smack on the shoulder for that comment. Ha. Well Harrods is just around the corner so she loved it. The staff was friendly. Keen to help out when we had questions. The room was clean and well looked after. We will be going back there again next time we are in London. Also would recommend.

Buena ubicación, desayuno incluido, abundante y de calidad, la habitación tiene todo lo necesario. Es un poco caro pero en general la calidad es buena.
