Enjoyed my five-day stay here. The rooms are very clean and the service was great. I just wish they cleaned their outer windows so I could a nice photo of the view from the room. 😊

Nginep semalam di sini, ruangan kamar bagus, besar, ada tempat untuk tamu, ruang masak, perkakas masak lengkap, lemari lengkap, kamar tidur deluxe oke... dan di sisi gorden bisa melihat pemandangan jalan TB simatupang yg ramai lancar... suhu kamar nyaman... oven, piring, gelas, pisau, semua lengkap, kompor juga ada.... sofa juga ada. Cuma kamar mandinya... mungkin bisa di kasih keset di depannya, karena jika keluar kamar mandi sedikit lebih licin..Swimming poolnya gak terlalu besar, posisinya indoor.. mungkin sekitar 2meter x 8 meteran... untuk kolam anak hanya 2x2 meter.. tapi anak2 cukup senang bisa berenang...Makasih Mercure simatupang... 🥰😇😇

este hotel é realmente bom, os quartos são bons, o café da manhã é um hotel padrão em sua classe, apenas o estacionamento é um pouco estranho, o carro não pode ir ao lobby a menos que seja para trás, nada amigável, e se existe uma deficiência

Ficamos recentemente por 5 noites neste hotel, muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso às estradas principais. Hospitalidade, limpeza é excelente, o quarto em si é muito bem à prova de som, mal ouvimos qualquer barulho da rua do hotel. Definitivamente uma alternativa de hotel muito boa para negócios ou estadia curta em Jacarta

este hotel es realmente bueno, las habitaciones son buenas, el desayuno es un hotel estándar en su clase, solo que el estacionamiento es un poco extraño, el automóvil no puede ir al vestíbulo a menos que esté al revés, no es nada fácil de usar, ¿y si hay una discapacidad

Recientemente nos alojamos por 5 noches en este hotel, muy bien ubicado y con fácil acceso a las vías principales. La hospitalidad, la limpieza es excelente, la habitación en sí está muy bien insonorizada, apenas escuchamos ningún ruido de la calle desde el hotel. Definitivamente una muy buena alternativa de hotel para negocios o estadías cortas en Yakarta.

Good place to stay in South Jakarta, easy access to Toll Road, and if you need to meet clients at South Jakarta. Plenty place for parking. Room is good, service is good also.

We recently stayed for 5 nights at this hotel, very well located and easy access to main roads. Hospitality, cleanliness is superb the room itself is very well sound proofed we barely hear any noise from the street in from of the hotel. Definitely a very good hotel alternative for business or short stay in Jakarta

A experiência de ficar aqui por causa da auto-quarentena depois de viajar para o exterior. Serviços que vão desde a recolha no aeroporto, entrega no hotel, processo de check-in, verificação de documentos no hotel, até a obtenção de um quarto merecem boas notas. O serviço de quarto também é satisfatório. Durante a auto-quarentena, você não tem permissão para sair do seu quarto, receber convidados e pedir comida. Para as refeições entregues no quarto 3 vezes ao dia, o cardápio é variado e de bom gosto, e completo (há entrada, prato principal e sobremesa) e não se esqueça de beber suco a cada refeição. Para aqueles que têm roupas sujas, a lavanderia diária é fornecida para um máximo de 5 peças de roupas gratuitas, exceto ternos, jaquetas e roupões. A lavanderia também é rápida, você pode buscá-la no máximo às 9h. Foi entregue no seu quarto às 20h do mesmo dia, para que você não precise se preocupar em lavar a roupa. Os quartos têm instalações completas, como amenidades, chinelos, secador de cabelo, esquentador, ferro e tábua de engomar, TV, cofre e internet. A qualidade da internet é muito rápida por 24 horas, é realmente top.

La experiencia de quedarme aquí debido a la autocuarentena después de viajar al extranjero. Los servicios que van desde la recogida en el aeropuerto, la entrega en el hotel, el proceso de registro, la verificación de documentos en el hotel hasta la obtención de una habitación merecen buenas calificaciones. El servicio de habitaciones también es satisfactorio. Durante la autocuarentena, no puede salir de su habitación, recibir invitados ni pedir comida. Para las comidas entregadas en su habitación 3 veces al día, el menú es variado y sabe bien, y es completo (hay entrada, plato principal y postre) y no olvide beber jugo con cada comida. Para aquellos que tienen ropa sucia, se proporciona servicio de lavandería diario para un máximo de 5 piezas de ropa gratis, excepto trajes, chaquetas y batas. La lavandería también es rápida, puede recogerla a las 9 am como máximo.Se ha entregado en su habitación a las 8 pm el mismo día, por lo que no tiene que molestarse y preocuparse por lavar la ropa. Las habitaciones cuentan con completas instalaciones, hay aminities, pantuflas, secador de pelo, calentador de agua, plancha y tabla de planchar, TV, caja de seguridad e internet. La calidad de Internet es realmente rápida durante 24 horas, es realmente superior.

I was staying for 4 nights due to quarantine. Paid 8.9 million rupiah for those period. The whole experience was terrible. First day they give us a stinky, dry and old fried cake that my bf almost puke from the smell so i left the note for them to not serve that ever again. Everyday they served cold food tho i called them and ask to warm up the food or at least give warmer rice not a hard cold rice! But they never try to improve and kept serving dead cold food. Oh also the food is not just cold but also not very tasty, especially the breakfast, the egg is almost disgusting because it taste nothing, its smell, its wet and its cold. Just like one of those old food from the previous day 🤢.The internet is awful. I was using the open wifi "mercure" and when i had a zoom call, the internet kept cutting off. Its even buffering to watch Netflix or you tube. So i called and the receptionist give me the mercure office one. But it wasn't that good either so i kept switching wifi between the two.The room is tiny. Its 24sqm so yeah cant even lie 2 suitcase on the floor.The whole experience is bad because the service they gave is not match with their price. they dont listen, they don't care about the guest and they treat the quarantine guest like a prisoner almost. I dont think anyone deserve to eat what they serve Especially for paying over 2 million per day for 2 person. Seems like they make the food horrible in purpose so you buy their food from their restaurant with an extra charge of course. And btw they charge 70k for a freaking coffee.I had covid before in bali and quarantine from bakung resort kuta (paid by the government). That hotel serve better! They give warm food and snack twice a day. Unless mercure!My suggestion is. If you can't serve tasty food, at least serve it warm. If its too much work for you, then put microwave in the room.

I'd spent 5 days last week in Mercure for quaranteen and found their service staffs outmost friendly & helpful, with cookings adequate for Asian palate. The management is very strict regarding regulation, which I respect. The privilege package is sufficient for one person. The room was clean & comfy, and the hotel is also really nice. No complain from me.

Quando entrei no quarto para não fumantes, havia um cheiro de cigarro. Pedi ao funcionário do hotel que borrifasse a água para que não cheirasse mal. Descobriu-se que, depois de sair para jantar, o cheiro de cigarro ainda estava lá. Chamei a recepcionista para trocar de quarto, mas a resposta foi tão lenta que tive que esperar quase uma hora. Assim que chegou, foi imediatamente atendido pelo gerente de plantão, o Sr. Hani, que o tratou bem e com simpatia. Como o hotel estava cheio, ele foi substituído por outro quarto que foi rebaixado, mas o café da manhã era um bônus para mais 2 pessoas. Bom serviço por Mercure Simatupang. Outra observação, por favor, hóspedes de hotel que têm cérebro e podem ficar de boca fechada, se for um quarto para não fumantes, não fume, vocês podem ler as regras certo? Você não é estúpido? A menos que vocês, convidados, não tenham cérebro e não consigam manter a boca fechada, vocês fumam aleatoriamente.

Achamos o quarto confortável, limpo e tudo estava em ordem. No entanto, reservado como um casal, descobrimos que o quarto estava preparado para apenas 1 pessoa. Precisamos solicitar toalhas de mão e banho adicionais, sandália. O buffet de pequeno-almoço era bastante completo e de boa degustação. Há uma máquina de café automática fornecida para café preto, bem como cappuccino e latte.

6 days quarantine in this hotel before going to offshore. Overall is good. The room is clean and the food is delicious and they provided lots of food. But the air conditioner is too cold even at 29C

We found the room to be comfortable, clean and everything was in working order. However, booked as a couple, we found the room was prepared for only 1 person. We need to request for additional hand and bath towels, sandal. The buffet breakfast was quite complete and good tasting. There is an automatic coffee machine provided for black coffee as well cappuccino and latte.
