O hotel como cada estabelecimento Marriott foi ótimo. Mas a equipe claramente não segue o protocolo. Oswaldo na recepção não estava ciente do programa BONVOY e insistia que eu colocasse um cartão de crédito adicional em minhas reservas. Tornando minha estadia desconfortável.

The hotel as every Marriott property was great. But the staff clearly does not follow protocol. Oswaldo at the front desk was not aware of the BONVOY program and would insist that I put and additional credit card on my reservations. Making my stay uncomfortable.

Acabei de terminar minhas férias de 5 dias em Guadalajara. O hotel em geral é ótimo! A equipe é excelente, café da manhã acima da média (padrão JW). Muitos restaurantes nas proximidades. O lounge executivo precisa de melhorias - apenas positivo é que é silencioso; apenas bebidas e doces. Outra questão é a pessoa da recepção / bell com serviço de táxi. Eles te dão um táxi amarelo ou quem tem um carro e tem conexões, os preços aumentam cerca de 50-100%.

“Exceptional service as well as comfort “ I enjoyed this property so much that I actually extended my stay! Planned on being here one night but I was so comfortable that I stayed a second night. The entire staff is very welcoming and helpful.The room I chose was a Junior Suite which was very large with breathtaking views. The room and furnishings as well as the bed were very comfortable. The lobby bar was very nice and the cocktails were expertly crafted by Ana the mixologist. I sampled some of the appetizers from the upstairs restaurant including the Octopus carpaccio which was outstanding. I traveled to Guadalajara monthly and have stayed many places but hands down, this is the best hotel in the city!

Just ended my 5 days vacation in Guadalajara. Hotel is overall great ! Staff are excellent, breakfast above average (JW standard). Lots of restaurants nearby. Executive lounge needs improvement - only positive is that it is quiet; only beverages and pastries. Another issue is the front desk / bell person with taxi service. They either get you a yellow cab or whoever owns a car and has connections, prices are jacked up about 50-100%.

I’m staying here right now. Horrible service. Very difficult to communicate with anyone. I expressed my frustration and no one tried to resolve anything. Never staying here again.

Um hotel recém-inaugurado, convenientemente localizado a uma curta distância do Midtown Mall. Excelente atendimento na recepção, quartos bem modernos, banheiros super equipados. No fim de semana os cafés da manhã são deliciosos e o brunch é altamente recomendado.

A equipe foi amigável e excepcional. Minha esposa e eu fomos em uma viagem de lazer de negócios sem decepção! O Wi-Fi do hotel é rápido e confiável, mesmo nos quartos, pois fizemos nossas reuniões virtuais com a câmera ligada e sem problemas. As vistas do hotel são notáveis. O hotel é novo com acabamentos deslumbrantes. Alguns dos melhores chuveiros de hotel que eu já vi. E a roupa de cama é muito macia e de alta qualidade (fronha grossa). O quarto grande em que estávamos não foi configurado com um espaço de trabalho - mas era um quarto enorme com uma TV enorme para férias. O lounge executivo é impressionante e espaçoso, com uma varanda envolvente e uma excelente vista. (A cafeteira não estava funcionando) A piscina é muito pequena e não para crianças, o que eu não me importei - divertido aproveitar a vista da piscina infinita da cidade. Vista deslumbrante do ginásio. O café-da-manhã incluído foi em uma bela sala de jantar com uma gama completa de opções de café-da-manhã. Lindo hotel, mas parece um pouco isolado em comparação com outros que fazem parte de um complexo com restaurantes e lojas.

Un hotel recientemente abierto, tiene buena ubicación a pasos caminando del centro comercial Midtown. Excelente atención en la recepción, cuartos muy modernos, los baños súper equipados. El fin de semana los desayunos son deliciosos y el brunch muy recomendable.

Spent 4 nights here and without question, it’s the nicest hotel in Guadalajara. Two things to note: there is no spa, or sun loungers by the pool (just normal seating).

The hotel is brand new with stunning finishings. Some of the nicest hotel showers I’ve seen. And the bedding is very soft and high-end (thick pillow top). The large room we were in was not set up with a workspace - but was a huge room with a huge TV for a holiday.The executive lounge is stunning and spacious with a wraparound balcony and great view. (Coffee maker wasn’t working) The pool is very small and not for kids, which I didn’t mind - fun to enjoy the infinity pool view of the city. Stunning view from the gym. The breakfast included was in a beautiful dining room with a full range of breakfast options. Beautiful hotel, but it does feel somewhat isolated compared to others which are part of a complex with restaurants and shops.

The staff was friendly and exceptional. My wife and I went on a business leisure trip with no disappointment! The hotel's Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, even in the rooms as we did our virtual meetings with camera on and no issues. The views from the hotel are remarkable. You'll be able to see the beautiful City of Guadalajara! We will be staying here again when we are in Guadalajara!
