O quarto é bastante confortável, mas a porta do banheiro não pode ser trancada. O lobby pode esperar para pegar e estacionar às 5:00 da manhã, o que é muito conveniente. I didn't stay at Courtyard/Mariott this trip but had an unfortunate problem with a car rental agency that runs their business in the hotel lobby. I felt that the hotel should know the reputation of the agency, which turned out to be even worse than I thought. Wow. I was stunned when I met the manager on duty. Few people make a worse first impression than the two I spoke to that day. But I guess if you hire those types of people, it really doesn't matter who is scamming your clients in the lobby. Eu não fiquei no Courtyard/Mariott nesta viagem, mas tive um problema lamentável com uma agência de aluguel de carros que administra seus negócios no lobby do hotel. Achei que o hotel deveria conhecer a reputação da agência, que acabou sendo ainda pior do que eu pensava. Uau. Fiquei surpreso quando conheci o gerente de plantão. Poucas pessoas causam uma primeira impressão pior do que as duas com quem conversei naquele dia. Mas acho que se você contratar esse tipo de pessoa, realmente não importa quem está enganando seus clientes no saguão.

Marriott Courtyard's shuttle service to the airport was made exceptionally pleasant thanks to "Derrick," who didn't care that I couldn't tip him since I didn't have any cash.He was just pleased to take me to the airport and was cheerful and kind.Thank you to Derrick for being a great service provider! O serviço de transporte do Marriott Courtyard para o aeroporto foi excepcionalmente agradável graças a "Derrick", que não se importou com o fato de eu não poder dar gorjeta a ele, pois não tinha dinheiro. Such friendly services. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Shuttle to airport always on time. A little breakfast bistro inside a little expensive but very great food and service. This hotel was awesome. Customer service was provided by Shannon and she was very helpful and informative. The hotel itself is clean and places to eat inside. They are a little short staffed but still did a great job. The room looked up to date, cozy, and more importantly very clean. The room had everything you needed and the bathroom and shower was very clean and spacious. Este hotel foi incrível. The room I requested to accommodate myself and my disabled mother they didn’t have it ready.It took a while before they could correct the situation.We requested the hotel shuttle bus to pick us up when we dropped off our rental car. They never showed up and left us stranded at night. We had to walk to get help. Thank goodness for the Hilton employee that was very helpful and found us a ride back to our hotel.When we got back the hotel staff at the front desk showed no concern and weren’t apologetic. I would never stay at Marriott Courtyard hotels again A equipe não foi amigável desde o início no check-in. Solicitamos o ônibus de traslado do hotel para nos pegar quando deixamos nosso carro alugado. Eles nunca apareceram e nos deixaram presos à noite. Tivemos que caminhar para obter ajuda. Graças a Deus pelo funcionário do Hilton que foi muito útil e nos encontrou uma carona de volta ao nosso hotel. Consistent. The quality is consistent. I love that about Courtyard, no surprises and the best they have to offer in staffing, amenities and rooms. I needed to be at the airport so that I didn't have to take a costly taxi over. I wanted a little luxury (great bed and towels)and a few extra amenities (a bar and Starbucks coffee).So the Courtyard was the place. Next morning after meeting the pleasant shuttle driver, I was at the terminal in 10 minutes. I couldn't have been more pleased with the stay!! Consistente. A qualidade é consistente. Na manhã seguinte, depois de conhecer o simpático motorista do ônibus, cheguei ao terminal em 10 minutos. Eu não poderia ter ficado mais satisfeito com a estadia!!

From the time I walked in the guest services representative was kind and professional. I tried to tip her and and sherefused it. The lobby smells so fresh and clean. The air freshener in the lobby is a great choice and lets you know youve come to the right place. The room was spotless! Bed=perfect! The amenities were good too.
