As thought the Radisson has maintained the standard... Room was good. They have the glass partition at the reception as a covid protocol. It is good. Shana attended us in a very polite and professional way. She explained the services and escorted us till the room. Radisson Blu - Decorations, Atmosphere, Interior, Facilities, Services are very good. Room are little bit smaller than expected. Bathroom door didn't get locked,Shower 🚿 room water got stuck all over the place main hole for water supply was jam and it takes time to drain water 💦. Breakfast is good, have alot of different varieties of food you can get. In bakery you have home made bread 🍞🥖 🥯 🧁. I stayed 2 nights in Radisson Blu and it was wonderful and memorable experience. Hotel infrastructure was very good. I loved each and every bit of stay. Staff was courteous great hospitality and very prompt. Food was good. Room and washroom was neat and clean. All in all an amazing stay with lots of good memories. Property is at walkable distance from Metro station Dwarka sector 13. Staff was very respectful. A porta do banheiro não ficou trancada, a água do banheiro do chuveiro 🚿 ficou presa em todo o local, o orifício principal para abastecimento de água estava congestionado e demora para drenar a água 💦. O café da manhã é bom, tem muitas variedades diferentes de alimentos que você pode obter. Na padaria tem pão caseiro 🍞🥖 🥯 🧁. Fiquei 2 noites no Radisson Blu e foi uma experiência maravilhosa e memorável. A infraestrutura do hotel era muito boa. Eu amei cada pedacinho de estadia. A equipe foi cortês excelente hospitalidade e muito rápido. A comida era boa. Quarto e banheiro era limpo e arrumado. Todos em todos uma estadia incrível com muitas boas lembranças. A propriedade fica a uma curta distância da estação de metrô Dwarka setor 13. A equipe foi muito respeitosa.

Ótimo hotel. O pessoal do concierge é fantástico. Jayveer, Narayan e Mohan foram extremamente importantes na estadia e fizeram toda diferença .

Overall good, service can be improved, good quality breakfast. The only disapointing thing is the bill they ask you to pay with each single room service. Come on, people spending so much to stay in a five star will definitely will not run away without settling the bill during checkout.

Located at nearby to Delhi airport. Hardly it is at 10 km from airport. Some of the shopping options are available near the hotel. Rooms are of very good size , spacious, properly maintained and cleaned. Bathrooms are spacious, neatly maintained. Food is very nice , housekeeping staff is very supportive, it’s very quick. Overall it’s good place to stay.

We stayed for two weeks while completing our adopting in India. This hotel provided for our every need and helped out in the room and dining room with the little one as well. The rooms were very clean and room service was fast and good as well. The reception staff was always very friendly and helpful. This is a great hotel to stay at and we will book again when we return. Ficamos por duas semanas enquanto completamos nossa adoção na Índia. Este hotel forneceu todas as nossas necessidades e ajudou no quarto e na sala de jantar com o pequeno também. Os quartos eram muito limpos e serviço de quarto foi rápido e bom também. A equipe da recepção foi sempre muito simpática e prestativa. Este é um ótimo hotel para ficar e vamos reservar novamente quando voltarmos.

My stay was pleasant and specially the staffs were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were tidy and you could always call up the staffs whenever you need something. It's a good hotel to relax with your family and friends at a good price. The food was good.

Worst service at the time of check in ... as the duty manager doesn't know which is double and twin room type. It took more than an hour to know all the room type was twin. As we have already sent the rooming list with rooming type of double / twin and triple but they have allocated all room to twin room only and being a 5 star property they have added extra mattress not even extra bed. The reception staff was cool they didn't have care about the rooming type they were just busy scanning the passport. Being a chain 5 star property i didn't expect such an irresponsible management.

Es un hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones son antiguas pero cÓmodas, hay una plaza comercial dentro del hotel. deberian considerar las agencias de viajes dejar minimo un dia completo en este hotel, solo estuvimos de paso y esta muy agradable lo recomiendo. no se que hay alrededor solo que el aeropuerto estÁ cerca

Todo muy bien en general. Lo único malo a destacar son los ascensores solo hay 3 funcionado para todo el hotel y si te toca la última planta es horrible, puedes estar 10minutos esperando para bajar una planta. No hay escaleras. A veces hay problemas para abrir la puerta también, se bloquean y no funciona la cerradura.

El hotel está muy bien, vine en dos ocasiones y la primera fue increíble, la segunda en cambio me gustó menos: solo había tres ascensores operativos en todo el hotel sin opción a usar las escaleras, por lo que las esperas para poder subir y bajar eran desesperantes, además, en la última ocasión que vine no conseguía que funcionarán los enchufes, y las tarjetas se desmagnetizaban continuamente. La piscina y la comida bien. Te obligan a poner reseña.

El hotel está muy bien en general. Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Tienen todo aquello que necesitas. Los ascensores es lo único negativo, sólo funcionan 3 y si te toca la última planta tardas mucho tiempo en subir hasta arriba. El buffet es variado y tiene comida muy distinta.
