“I booked this hotel to attend Indianapolis marathon as it is located very close to the start/finish line. Unfortunately, I had to cancel 3 days before the trip as I got Covid. The hotel staff was super nice and cancelled my booking without charge (supposed to be 1-night charge) after providing supporting document. I appreciated their great help and would recommend this hotel even though I did not have the chance to stay!”
