“We’ve come to this place now annually for five years. It’s the perfect resort for us. Our most recent visit was the best service we have ever received. It’s not a party resort for annoying Americans.. but rather a quiet resort with a lot of local guests. Breakfast buffet is delicious, the beach is amazing, and the pool is refreshing. It’s a great value stay as it’s comfortable luxury. Not excessive and not over priced. If you like a clean unassuming resort where you feel like you have the place to yourself even with others around.. look no further.”

“After booking a prepaid reservation and attempting to check in the hotel, I was told there was no reservation. The manager did not care to contact the booking agency. I even preceded to show the manager my email confirmation of my reservation. The manager, Jorge only told me to sit down, wait and that if I wanted my issue to be resolved that I needed to call the travel agency myself. I asked to speak with a manager and he replied in a rude tone “I am the manager right now!” So next i continued to look for a representative to attend me in checking in my luggage. Finally after waiting close to 2 hours in the lobby, I was able to get a room. I never write bad reviews but I did not pay to stay somewhere I am spoken to in a rude tone. Also, I expected better service because the chain of Intercontinental hotels usually come with professionalism and great experiences.”
