This hotel is the worst! This hotel stole my BAG! I booked this hotel for two weeks executive room! The room was ok, location was good! Service was super slow and when we call for house keeping they don’t even answer ! First week was ok after that I notice one of my hand bag ( lady dior) was gone!!! I was so sure it was in the room because I didn’t miss anything else! The hotel was not very active about they refused to check the cameras saying it’s too much to be watch plus no camera directed to your room!!!!!!! They said they “asked” house keepers and maintenance and there’s nothing suspicious! They were so cold about it and they were like if you want to call the police do it!!! They ruined my whole trip!

Wonderful 2night stay. Lovely hotel. Room clean and tastefully decorated.Didn't use restaurant and only had the one drink in The Duke's bar on the Sunday night . Would have had more but the bar closed well before 11.00pm. Interaction with all members of staff was better than good. The big fella on the reception (who looked as if he could hold his own in the rugby World Cup) was a particular stand out. Only criticism is that the doors to the rooms really slam or the sound carries - couldn't work it out but Sunday morning was just a series of doors slamming from around 7.00am until 10.30am when finally got up. First break in months was noisy.All in all however,it's a great venue. Maravilhosa estadia de 2 noites. Adorável hotel. Quarto limpo e decorado com bom gosto. Não usei restaurante e só tomei um drink no bar The Duke's na noite de domingo. Teria tido mais, mas o bar fechou bem antes das 23h. A interação com todos os membros da equipe foi melhor do que boa. O grandalhão da recepção (que parecia capaz de se defender na Copa do Mundo de rugby) foi um destaque especial. A única crítica é que as portas dos quartos realmente batem ou o som é carregado - não consegui resolver, mas domingo de manhã foi apenas uma série de portas batendo por volta das 7. 00:00 até 10:30 da manhã, quando finalmente se levantou. A primeira pausa em meses foi barulhenta. Apesar de tudo, é um ótimo local.

Estive lá na quinta-feira, 13, para um evento de negócios. Um clube de usuários foi organizado em um dos salões do hotel. Outro lounge recebeu os 50 participantes para um coquetel de encerramento. O champanhe estava gelado e o atendimento atencioso e generoso.O bar do hotel oferece belos Chesterfields verdes com iluminação suave.

Nunca mais. Os quartos estão terrivelmente em ruínas, meu marido nem se atreveu a entrar nos lençóis por medo de ter percevejos. Os móveis estão caindo aos pedaços, a eletricidade não está de acordo com o padrão. É feio. Nada funciona. A TV está trancada em um armário que não fica na frente da cama, mas na frente… da porta da frente!!! De qualquer forma, não há canais clássicos. É sujo, o hardware é dos anos 70 na melhor das hipóteses. Tudo pela bagatela de 500€ por noite, e além disso fomos atualizados??? É uma piada! Entrarei em contato com quem possa interessar para que este estabelecimento não possa mais alugar esses quartos. Qualquer IBIS é melhor. Uma noite arruinada para não mencionar o dinheiro

Avoid this hotel. It’s immersed in decadence. Small and low light rooms. Staff depressed. If you have to go because of a conference for example, avoid at all cost the 6th floor. Never ever coming back.

Reservamos 2 quartos para nossa família de 4 pessoas. Fiz o check-in em inglês e, agora que penso nisso, o presunto cru para o café da manhã estava delicioso. A correspondência do hotel era um amigo Lee, também. Foi perto de Cartier depois de passar em frente ao Hotel Ritz.

Em primeiro lugar gostaria de parabenizar NICOLAS 20 anos na casa se bem me lembro onde 25 anos... uma recepção perfeita como nós gostamos deles. Ele era de extrema bondade, não entendo como as pessoas podem reclamar desse homem maravilhoso, ele ouviu minhas expectativas e gentilmente me atualizou para o meu aniversário. O bar incrivelmente sublime, o servidor foi muito atencioso e super agradável, pudemos conversar por uma boa meia hora juntos. Eles sabem como trabalhar sem dúvidas merece estar em um hotel semelhante para ver melhor!!!. O quarto era lindo muito lindo o Roupa de cama, o banheiro, o quarto em si incrível. Muito obrigado muito obrigado muito obrigado. (Eu visitei este hotel em agosto). Voltaria especialmente pelo acolhimento que foi irrepreensível. É UM LUXO PARA ESTE HOTEL TER FUNCIONÁRIOS COMO ELES REALMENTE UM GRANDE ATIVO. Vejo você em breve :)))))

For the price value ratio the rooms are not great, the furniture and the bathroom are old and some stuff needs replacing/ renovating.During the nights I could hear the neighbour rooms and been woken up several occasions by them shouting.Also they double charged me for the room, first lied about that they cancelled one of the transactions and now for weeks I’ve been chasing my money and they don’t really seem to care.Avoid them if you can.

A total rip off . Rooms are falling to bits classical style which is fine, even wanted in Paris but not when it's all in such bad condition. But the worst part is the whole hotel is under construction no view out the window extreamly noisy building works literally at your window without a warning before you book nand for just under 1000 eur a night. Absolute disgrace we checked out after 1 night.

After receiving a confirmation email and welcome note earlier in the day; Daniel at the front told us we did nothave a room. Mysteriously our room had been cancelled without our knowledge. Never have I booked a hotel, received a confirmation email, a welcome email, and subsequently found out there’s no room available. We had to go to another hotel. We asked Daniel if we could speak to a manager and that was not possible. Terrible overall experience with a huge inconvenience! Never would expect this to happen to us in Paris, France. Lost two hours of precious time and were shifted to an area where we did not anticipate staying initially. All unpleasant surprises and poorly handled. Este hotel é um lixo. Chegamos aqui tarde depois de um voo internacional e descobrimos que não tínhamos quarto. Após receber um e-mail de confirmação e nota de boas-vindas no início do dia; Daniel na frente nos disse que não tínhamos um quarto. Misteriosamente, nosso quarto havia sido cancelado sem nosso conhecimento. Nunca reservei um hotel, recebi um e-mail de confirmação, um e-mail de boas-vindas e, posteriormente, descobri que não havia quarto disponível. Tivemos que ir para outro hotel. Perguntamos ao Daniel se poderíamos falar com um gerente e isso não foi possível. Experiência geral terrível com um enorme inconveniente! Nunca esperaria que isso acontecesse conosco em Paris, França. Perdemos duas horas de tempo precioso e fomos transferidos para uma área onde não prevíamos ficar inicialmente. Todas as surpresas desagradáveis ​​e mal tratadas.

Precio de lujo para un hotel que está de pena.La limpieza de habitaciones una vergüenza no te cambian las sábanas.El trato del personal peor que malo porque hasta se burlaron en recepción de nosotros.Está bien que no hagan el esfuerzo de entender el español pero que tampoco te quieren entender en inglés...Te cobran la estancia el primer día no vaya a ser que quieras salir corriendo.En el restaurante no tienen para celíacos más que unos panes con aspecto mohoso y lo cobran a 32 euros,no tienen formación en alérgenos y demás enfermedades.Se oyen todos los ruidos y están de obras.No te piden taxi....Una experiencia para no repetir.Nada recomendable

I just checked into the hotel and was greeted by Nicola. She is one of the most rude receptionists I have met. I usually stay at Four Seasons or Ritz properties but this was a last minute booking. I told her that it would be kind of her if we can get both rooms on the same floor as we have little kids with us. She was not accommodating at all and could not guarantee. Also, the rooms won't be ready till 3:00 pm. Then someone speaking French checks in and she gives him the keys for 2 rooms and the rooms were ready right away. I complained about that and the head concierge joined her as well in yelling and being rude. I would definitely not come to this hotel if you don't speak French or you are not Caucasian!!!

Excelente atención,desayuno de buena calidad y abundante las croissant increíbles! Céntrico y seguro. Los cuartos son pequeños pero cumplen su función y la limpieza es destacable.
