The room was clean and fine for the price. The included wifi is shockingly bad — like, can’t browse websites kind of bad. Any video calls are out of the question. If you’re with Telstra the mobile coverage is bad too, so you can’t use data off your phone. If you plan to do any work on the internet, pick somewhere else.

Had very low expectations given the bargain basement tariff … but what a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and well laid-out, and the shower nearly knocked you off your feet. Obviously it’s not the epitome of luxurious appointments, but this motel would satisfy not just the bargain conscious: but those more discerning as well. It is situated in a quiet residential area, but still not far from all the main attractions. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The hotel was a horrible choice. DO NOT WASTE MONEY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE ON HOLIDAY WITH YOUR FAMILY. The two men who worked at the front desk at the ibis styles Canberra Tall Trees were quite unwelcoming and rude. Our group thought it was appalling that they were so friendly to other visitors. We found it to be discriminatory, and I really hope no one else experiences this at this hotel. We could smell odour as we passed through the hallways and the rooms were filthy. The pillows had black stains on them, and the toilets were disgusting. When we complained, they did nothing. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY. terrible place overall!!

Ibis Tall Trees is located close to city and popular landmarks, yet very laid back. The place looks beautiful with lot of trees and car parking spaces. The room first allocated didn't have the TV and refrigerator working, the lady out there was very understanding and quickly checked availability of other rooms and offered a different room with equipments in working condition. As a compensation, she also provided complimentary drink and water bottles. The room didn't have a microwave but the staff were quick to provide one upon request. Suggest travellers to make arrangement for drinking water during the stay (though there are water bottles available to buy and electric water kettle) Overall a very good experience.

I really not recommend this hotel. Neighbour very noisy at late night. Can't sleep all night and nobody come to control it. I've never been hotel like this. Very worst. The important thing that we go to sleep in the hotel it's because we need to get some sleep and take a rest. It's not be like this if we couldn't sleep. We come to hotel for what? Please fix this problem and send this review for hotel manager. I don't want to be rude but you should to have more resposibility about it.
