“O hotel é ideal para famílias com crianças, tudo está à vista, para que as crianças possam brincar sozinhas e os pais supervisionam a partir do bar da piscina. Boa comida, apenas o café da manhã poderia ser de melhor qualidade. Há uma ótima garçonete no bar (foto). Recomendo também o restaurante Somelier, profissionalismo e conhecimento. No geral dá 5 estrelas !!!!!”

“Definitely not a 5* hotel. Staff are either really lovely or really rude. No activities for children apart from a room with barely any toys in it which is not available all the time. They give you a key for the kids room which you have to return as soon as your done with it otherwise the angry receptionist will call you and shout at you. The kids pool had poo in it which we reported but still wasn’t removed the following day which meant that we couldn’t use the kids pool for 2 days. There is also no lifeguard on duty or anyone maintaining the pools. Food was mediocre and not much variety. You also have to pay for your drinks even if you’re half board. Even water! So we had a big bill at the end of our stay. I will not be returning and will not be recommending this hotel.”
