Warning: not a real Relais and Chateaux experience. Expect 2-3 star level service and amenities. Way overpriced. A tarnish on the relais and chateaux brand. Minibar area had a lot of spilled coffee on it. Kettle had brown water in it. Some requests we made beforehand were misinterpreted and not done. Only gave towels for 2 adults when we asked for 3. Took us to request four times to four different people to clean or replace the electric kettle in the room. Second kettle was still dirty. When I asked again and complained, the man at the front desk (Mond) finished my sentence for me in a condescending and mocking way, “… so your upset with the level of service globally and dissatisfied with the staff?…” then just smiled at me and said “… this just happens sometimes...” Staff very unprofessional and seemed to be upset about getting up to help. Service is way below other relais and chateaux stays. Beware. Much better options in the area.

Excellent boutique hotel in every aspect, I loved the professional service, perfect location, wonderful suite size, decoration and very quiet.

I had the pleasure to stay in this hotel, and I must say, I had a memorable experience. The bed is very comfortable, the room feels very homey, bathroom is luxurious, and service is excellent. I found that the location is also ideal. It is close to many luxury stores and safe. I keep a very good memory and highly recommend it.

The hotel itself is nice. BUT Absolutely poor service!!claim to be 5star hotel and have nothing for breakfast saying:sorry we will do the shopping tomorrow???joke?About noon I asked if someone could finally clean our room-we came back to the hotel abou 17 and the room was not cleaned!situation with the breakfast didnt get any better even the following day. We asked at the reception if they could make a reservation for dinner and we were told that all restaurants in Paris are fully booked without a single phone call anywhere.joke???800euros Per night for this?!omg never more!we were in this hotel 4 years ago and it was perfect.dont waste your time and money for this,it changed a LOT!

Hotel is centrally located. I had an executive suit. The bathroom is very small and extremely bad illuminated ( lighting should be revised) when you open the door of changing room and bathroom there is no space left in these rooms. During 3 nights stay hotel put only one small bottle water! This is very unusual for a hotel of this category. Quality price ratio is bad.
