“The experience was terrible. We did not like the stay at all. To start with, Usually all the good hotels i went to were flexible and let us check in few hours early. But this one didn't even let us check-in half an hour early. It was terrible. We were so tired after traveling and found this at the hotel. It was very disappointing. Secondly, receptionists were never at the desk even when it was time to check in. At 3 when they are supposed to check-in, we waited for so long for them to come to the desk. Thirdly, the room smelled and overall hygiene was bad. The bed sheet was smelling like cigarette. I would not come back to this hotel.”
