“The room was big, with a King size bed, a large sofa, and a spacious desk. We could have all 3 luggage open on the floor simultaneously. The bathroom had a separate room for the shower and bowl and the space for the sink was enough for 2.
Tea and 3 coffee pods were complimentary and really handy in the morning while we were getting ready for breakfast.
Breakfast buffet was amazing and service even better. A wide range of juice, fruit, breads, meats and cheese. I only missed bananas in the offering (Colombian bananas are sooooo good!!!).
We arrived really early from the airport and we had a room ready, which was really helpful to get some rest and a shower to get ready for the rest of the day.
The location is really convenient, with an exit directly into the Hacienda shopping mall, and really close to Usaquen park, which is surrounded by lots of good restaurants. The room was really quiet though, and there was little or no street noise. The loudest noise was from doors closing in the hallway, not from the street.
A great place to stay in Bogota, I can only highly recommend it.”

“This is a great hotel that despite the pandemic was able to remain open. Rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean. But probably its best feature is its staff. Impeccable service. Restaurant in the lobby is not your average restaurant. It's excellent. Great location too. You can access the Santa Barbara mall directly from the lobby without having to walk in the streets.”
