“I am positively impressed with kindness and hospitality I’d received at reception. Although I was a bit early, they helped me doing check-in. Check-out was same, very fast and accurate. I also would like to share my outstanding breakfast experience - various and delicious selection of Internatlonal breakfast for all kind. Very well managed, cooked or prepared and organized in a way to accommodate some peaks during the mornings. Room is very clean and delivering expected Hilton quality. You always find what you need in a Hotel room. It is a business hotel where you may have conferences or meetings, not located in downtown Dusseldorf, but it is very easy to reach both city and airport. Thank you Hilton team for making a extremely nice stay..”

“The hotel is very much out dated. Bed is very uncomfortable and the room small especially for an executive room.
There was no glutenfree breakfast even though I asked three staff members and they all said they'd take care of it. But no one ever did anything to make sure I could actually have breakfast.
Minibar doesn't work. Everything is warm inside.
After all complaints the manager wasn't very willing to compensate us. In the end we managed to get the money paid for breakfast returned. But it took a lot of convincing and apologies have not been made.
Very very disappointing stay and NOT worth the money.”
