“It was a business trip, and I hadn't decided on a hotel yet. I performed some fast research and came across this motel that provides excellent service. I was able to secure one room and entered immediately. The transaction was quick and straightforward.”

“Minha esposa e eu reservamos um quarto para nossa noite de núpcias aqui. Pagamos e recebemos um número de confirmação. Quando chegamos lá, fomos informados de que eles não tinham quartos e precisávamos sair. Minha esposa ainda estava com seu vestido de noiva e véu e eu ainda estava de terno. O representante começou a gritar conosco, dizendo que não era culpa dele e que precisávamos ir embora. Nos chutou para o meio-fio. Tivemos que encontrar um hotel de última hora. Semanas depois, ainda não recebemos o reembolso e já entrei em contato com este hotel 3 vezes. NÃO FIQUE AQUI. Esta foi de longe a minha pior experiência de hotel.”
