“I do not recommend the rooms on the fifth floor (H5), because the noise from the chairs in the restaurant on the upper floor will not allow you to sleep well. Good food, nice view.”

“Nice hotel with a contribution to the native culture of Colombia. Unfortunately it’s a two star hotel masquerading as a 4. Front desk staff just checked me in with no explanation of the hotel and services. I had to remind them of the courtesy that should be provided. Once in the room there was no hot water and the bathroom sink faucet was broke and leaking all over the floor. I asked the morning receptionist to please fix. To no avail I asked again of the afternoon staff and said if they cannot fix to please move me to another real 4 star hotel. Returned later that evening to no action. Asked that the hotel manager come see me in the morning upon arrival. I am at breakfast and still no manager. Now I’ve spent more time than I care in third world countries so I am not opposed to a cold shower and standing water on the floors. But just don’t charge me a $150 a night for the experience.”
