“The lobby is nice. The staff were friendly (Mohammad was wonderful). We were on the 21st Floor and it looks like it wasn’t been updated since it was built. Tiny bathroom old fashioned toilet. Looks like it’s hunted. Towels are dingy. Only upside is that it’s in walking distance from Penn Station. No microwave. No coffee pot.”

“I liked the Art-deco style of this hotel. I reserved two rooms and only one of them was ready at my arrival (6pm). I had to wait an hour and a half for the second room and because of the wait, they upgraded my second room which was appreciated. The rooms were clean. The morning of my third day started with a giant cockroach in the bath. My go pro accessories disappeared from the room. I only noticed when I was packing everything and leaving. Everything is walkable from this location. My first room was small, with no coffee and not really a view (the window was facing other windows) which I guess was expected with the price I paid. The second room was bigger. I had a better experience in the Carnegie Hotel and even the POD Times Square in the last 3 years for the same price.”
