“The staff were all accommodating and the room was spacious and clean. The downfalls would be that there is no microwave, the bed was quite uncomfortable, there is no continental breakfast, and if you’re in the inside part of the building you get to open your window and look out to a big common area for everyone to see right in. It’s overall nice but does not live up to their star rating and price.”

“It was great except they put us in the furthest room away from the entrance and we are old and we have a companion dog that we had to walk all the way to the front door for us to take him out to go potty . We even asked for a luggage cart as we needed assistance but the clerk just stated that other clients must still have them near their rooms. So we would have to carry our own. So rude.”
