Great property for value. Clean and comfortable rooms. Gave 4-stars because of disappointing "breakfast in brown bag". No hot breakfast, as expected.Other than that great facility.

My family stayed at this hotel in September for a week, over a weekend. It had just apparently been only open for a month or so beforehand.Bottom line up front, this is a must stay hotel for your needs, business, family, or otherwise. It is a convenient location, with lots of new restaurants walking distance. Loads of shopping nearby, Target, Publix, Walgreens, ect.. Fair share of fast food nearby. Also just a few minutes from the turnpike.- The hotel was running on COVID-19 restrictions when we arrived, the Governor of Florida just enacted Phase 2 when we arrived. So we did not get to enjoy the full gamut of amenities the hotel would have offered otherwise, but this was out of their control, and they did a great job considering.- They were handing out breakfast in the morning, but it was pre-packaged items in a bag(COVID-19). Bagels, juices, fruit, ect.. Its a bummer we didn't get to experience the hot fresh breakfast, but we understand its out of their hands. The bar was also not open during our stay.- Check in was a breeze, the new employees were very professional, by the book, and took care of me with warm greetings and a professional attitude.- The room was brand new, we appeared to be the first ones to occupy the rooms. Brand new kitchen amenities, Fridge, Stove Top, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Sink. Loads of storage for clothing, food, groceries, or whatever else. Huge television! Good size dining table that seats 4. Floors were clean, walls were clean, tables and beds were clean. Bathroom was well designed, only thing somebody might take offense to is the "new style" half glass shower doors. This is something that most new hotels have, and I personally like it.- There was no housekeeping (COVID-19), we just were informed to leave trash outside the door. It was picked up every day consistently. If we needed anything, we just asked, and it was delivered. Rooms were quiet, it was surprisingly busy during our stay and I never heard other rooms.- Pool is outside, we did not get to utilize it much. Its on the smaller side, but its a pool, what more do you need? There are two full size grills outside also in a patio area ready for anybody to grill away at their hearts desire.- Parking is FREE!- Overall, this is an excellent hotel, that has a great future for it as long as they stay the course, and keep the customer first. Give it a try when you are in town.

Excelente propiedad por valor. Habitaciones limpias y confortables. Dio 4 estrellas debido a un decepcionante "desayuno en una bolsa marrón". No hay desayuno caliente, como se esperaba. Aparte de esa gran instalación.

Este é absolutamente o melhor hotel em que já me hospedei. A equipe foi incrível, os quartos eram limpos e o hotel estava em conformidade com a Covid-19. O quarto ofereceu tudo que eu preciso quando estou longe de casa. Microondas, geladeira grande, lava-louças, um fogão para cozinhar, uma escrivaninha e uma smart TV que oferece vapor. Além disso, fornecem café e todos os utensílios de cozinha, bem como potes, panelas, coadores e talheres. Esta será minha casa longe de casa quando eu viajar para Miami.O único aspecto negativo foi que, quando abri o sofá-cama, ele bateu na borda da cama, então tivemos que mover o sofá-cama para outra parede para podermos usá-lo. Não é grande coisa.

This is absolutely the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The Staff was amazing, the rooms were clean and the hotel was Covid-19 compliance. The room offered everything I need when I am away from home. Microwave, big fridge, dishwasher, one burner to cook, a desk and a smart TV that offers steaming. Also, the provide coffee, and all kitchen utensils as well as pots, pans, strainers, silverware. This will be my home away from home when I travel to Miami.The only negative was that when I opened up the sofa bed it hit the edge of the bed so we had to move the sofa bed to another wall in order to use it. Not a big deal.

Camas muito duras. Longe de tudo, mas apenas de um cassino. Os preços são muito altos, com esses preços é melhor eu ir para Cancun ou South Beach. Pessoas muito gentis, exceto uma pessoa chamada Yeny Black ou algo que parecia muito ditatorial em uma conversa com um empregado que eu pude ouvir. Ela foi muito desagradável com o funcionário. Acho que ela é a gerente geral ou quer ser. Nem um pouco satisfeito. Da próxima vez, vou ao México em vez de ir ao fim do mundo por um lugar como este.

Very hard beds. Far from everything but only a casino. Prices are really high , with those prices I better go to Cancun or South Beach. People very kind except a person called Yeny Black or something who looked very dictarorial in a conversation with an enmployee I was able to hear. She was really nasty to the employee. I think she is the general manager or wants to be. Not satisfied at all. Next time I fly to Mexico insted of going to the end of the world for a place like this.
