We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, in a 2 bedroom apartment. The front desk and all service provided was top notch right from the moment we stepped in and asked for an early check-in, to our midnight check-out. The extra we paid for the morning breakfast was definitely worth it. The proximity to the Dubai Mall is the best! Based on some of the customer comments, I was worried our room would be lacking some maintenance and slightly dated, but that was not at all our experience. We were very happy with the entire stay! Thank you Swissotel!

My partner and I visited Pergolas at dinner and were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service thank you Ms. Elsie and the team we had a great time and felt so welcome. It was a buffet and lucky us it’s Italian Night, we had the steak, pizza and many more and different type of dessert along with some coffee. This is easily one of, if not the best meal we’ve ever eaten. I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a warm and welcoming environment! We’ll definitely come back and bring some friends along with us. Ciao

I went there for my 5 days stay. Really great location and service. All staff is really really polite and helpfulness. You just have to tell them what you need even when you are not near your room and it will reach to your room automatically. Food is really good. Pool is very good. We met Kishor at pool. Really nice guys. Overall very great experience.

I truly don't understand how this hotel can warrant a 5 star designation. if it weren't for the relatively reasonable price we paid ($85/night) and the great location, I would've given this a 2 star review. The good: - the service and staff is pretty good and welcoming. very professional - breakfast buffet is above average. decent variety and they have a station for fresh eggs made in different ways to your liking - location in the middle of downtown and opposite the Dubai Mall The bad: - we got 3 separate rooms and every one of them has had random issues with it. things like inconsistent AC, sink getting blocked, window not closing properly, room phone not working - the shower standard is pretty bad. inconsistent water pressure and the temperature keeps changing every 5 seconds. water leaking from the shower head too and spraying upwards. the bath tub is super high, pretty dangerous to step in and out of if you're not wearing some sort sandals - no microwave - the classic "king" bed is barely even the size of a queen

Great hotel, great location. It's interesting that so many staff want you to mention their name in a positive review and will stand over you as you write and post! Nonetheless I actually do like the staff. I'd recommend room service replace the pillows, they have that *smell* to them and should be thrown out, there's also a need for a thorough dusting and removal of mildew decorative blankets. Overall, great place, awesome staff.
