“2 stars only because the receptionist was top notch professional. Hotel is in an office building and feels like a hostel. Rooms are large but beds and pillows are of worst quality. Linen used up and scratchy. Impossible to sleep on unless you are dead tired as we are today after a 12 hr drive. No hand sanitizer in the room, no drinking water or coffee. No slippers or bathroabs not even a dental kit. So far this was the worst hotel we stayed at in Brazil and for the price of 680 reals its a rip off. If you do, by a mistake, book it then at least skip room service. Its not worth it even if you have to starve untill morning. Google mentions its as a 4 star hotel with 5 star rating. Its a total lie”
