“Surrounding the hotel and beaches are a gang of men and women harrasing tourist at the entrance and the beach. Be very careful with your belongings and money, the criminal will not be deterred until they will tale what they want. So be on the alert or i would not recommend visiting this Bocagrande in Cartagena”
