My experience here was great...the room was very clean and the TV had a good bit of clear cable channels. Special shout out to the front desk lady clerk name "Nelly". She was very nice and kind..greeted both my children and I with a bright smile..she answered all the questions I asked her with no problem. And shout out to the Breakfast lady cant remember her name but she was very nice and kind as well. The food was great...this will be my Go to Hotel when im in the Midlothian area again...Thanks so much for making my family & I very comfortable....

I stayed here for 3 to 4 months for work. I was the Spirtual Refrigeration guy that was always listening to music lol. I loved this place. I loved the staff. Breakfast was amazing and so is the Las who makes it. Treat her well. Rooms 10/10 Thank you -Jp

Hotels should be required to tell you they are under construction or renovating prior to booking. Room has hair all over, dryer was needed but not working, pool is closed and the place feels grungy. There are too many other options in the area to stay here.

We went from a 2 star hotel that was awful to Hampton. Darius was the man we talked to on phone. Explained a situation we had with health concerns from 1st hotel. He was kind enough to give us a renovated room where there would be clean air and no health problems like the 2 star hotel. Thank you young man for making our stay pleasant and giving us great customer service. We will stay booking with you!

I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed in many Hampton Inn over the years, including ones that are being renovated. This one does not live up to the Hilton family of hotels standard. The AC didn't work, I called the front desk and let them know as soon as we arrived, and they said someone would be up as quickly as possible. We were there for two nights, but no one ever came. When I say it didn't work, I don't mean it wasn't cool enough; it flat-out did not come on at all. I could look over that, but it didn't stop there. There was dirt and hair in the sink. A used washcloth was hanging over the shower curtain, which means the curtain wasn't changed either. the lotion that was left as a courtesy was dirty and appeared to have been used. the decor was lacking, but maybe that is being changed out. the plumbing fixtures were loose. I could go on and on. All of these items are due to laziness and lack of attention to detail. Don't stay here. I'm not even going to elaborate on the price, because I don't mind paying for a nice place to stay, but I do mind paying to stray in a dump.

The room was great, however, the refrigerator was not working. Hampton Inn offered to move us, but we were settled in. They said that another refrigerator was not available. Why not exchange...

We were very disappointed upon arrival to this hotel. The room smelled horrible, had dust everywhere. Even the bedroom window looked like someone sneezed and rubbed it al over the window. Furniture...

I say in Hampton and Hilton properties 5-10 nights a month for business. Hotel staff here perfect. Super nice Hotel parking great Neighborhood great Breakfast great and on time. Coffee great...
