Had an extended 18 nights at this hotel and it’s a really decent hotel. In a quiet area, the downfall…there is nothing to do or eat around it. Staff was really nice, everything worked in the room and I got nearly daily housekeeping. New towels, cleaning of the actual shower (it wasn’t looking great at day 18) and actual vacuuming of the room kept it from being a 5 star. A equipe foi muito legal, tudo funcionou no quarto e eu tenho limpeza quase diária. Toalhas novas, limpeza do chuveiro real (não estava ótimo no dia 18) e aspiração real do quarto impediram que fosse um 5 estrelas.

The hotel was well maintained for its age. The room was clean and the AC was cold. The continental breakfast was pretty fresh and good. Would stay again. O hotel estava bem conservado para a sua idade. O quarto estava limpo e o ar condicionado estava frio. O café-da-manhã continental era bastante fresco e bom. Ficaria novamente.

The hotel was well maintained for its age. The room was clean and the AC was cold. The continental breakfast was pretty fresh and good. Would stay again.

Adequate, comfortable room and bed.Ice machine is broken on our floor...had to go downstairs to get it.No body lotion in bathroom.Coffee available in room but only one packet of regular coffee provided.My husband and I had to mix regular with decaf to get two cups.Ugh ! Quarto e cama adequados e confortáveis. A máquina de gelo está quebrada no nosso andar ... tive que descer para pegá-la. Nenhuma loção para o corpo no banheiro. Café disponível no quarto, mas apenas um pacote de café regular fornecido. Meu marido e eu tivemos que misturar regular com descafeinado para obter duas xícaras. Eca !

This has been the worst stay I've ever had in a Marriott in the US. I called in at 1am to let the hotel know that I am going to get a room as my flight was canceled at the last minute. Twenty minutes later, I'm at the hotel lobby and no one was at the front desk. I waited for 45 minutes, ringing the phone multiple times while simultaneously calling out to the back room. At past 2am, the front desk staff finally comes out with blood shot red eyes, clearly having been asleep.I was checked in without so much as the most basic of apologies for having kept me waiting. I was checked in without being given the room rates first or asking me what room type I wanted to take.This is unacceptable behaviour. I lost valuable rest after an already exhausting day and a connecting flight ahead of me. Ridiculous. Esta foi a pior estadia que já tive em um Marriott nos EUA. Liguei à 1 da manhã para informar ao hotel que vou conseguir um quarto, pois meu voo foi cancelado no último minuto. Vinte minutos depois, estou no saguão do hotel e ninguém estava na recepção. Esperei por 45 minutos, tocando o telefone várias vezes enquanto chamava simultaneamente para a sala dos fundos. Às 2 da manhã, a equipe da recepção finalmente sai com os olhos vermelhos injetados de sangue, claramente tendo dormido.Fiz o check-in sem as mais básicas das desculpas por ter me deixado esperando. Fiz o check-in sem receber primeiro as tarifas do quarto ou me perguntar que tipo de quarto eu queria.Este é um comportamento inaceitável. Perdi um descanso valioso depois de um dia já exaustivo e um voo de conexão pela frente. Ridículo.

The location is perfect and it’s close to the airport. The airport shuttle drivers are very professional and helpful. The front desk staff are also professional and knowledgeable when helping the guest. I really enjoy the staff they are so helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff always does an awesome job in keeping the rooms very clean and sanitize for the guest comfort. They really take pride in there work. My absolute favorite is the breakfast in the mornings during the week since I stay during the week, the breakfast station is always so cleans and neatly stocked. I believe the young lady’s name is Veronica, she does an awesome job.The eggs are my favorite, they are awesome, and so is everything else she makes. Overall the entire staff at this location take pride in there job. I enjoy staying here. A localização é perfeita e fica perto do aeroporto. Some good points, clean room, coffee maker in room, breakfast was good and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Transferência privada do aeroporto disponível. Localizado a cerca de 15 minutos do aeroporto. Não há supermercados ao redor, por isso é inconveniente obter as necessidades diárias. Os quartos são espaçosos e limpos. O quarto king size não tinha banheira.

The room and accommodations were adequate for our overnight needs however, this location needs to be updated with more USB ports ( as our other Marriott owned and operated venues we have he stayed in). There were plenty of plugs in lamp bases however they required a cube to use as a USB port.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. To start, you could tell that the room had been broken into (or an attempted break-in) due to the door. The “Executive Suite” included a couch with a single pull out bed, a mattress that had multiple brown stains all over it, and ripped and stained couch cushions. I couldn’t bring myself to look at the mattress of the queen size bed, as we had a 6 am flight and I was exhausted. Otherwise we likely would have moved hotels. The bath water was rust color, I cleaned a booger off of the side table that had definitely been there for a while, and the air conditioner would run for about 5 minutes and then turn off. Once the room got unbearably hot (despite being set at 71), the unit turned on again. I am a Marriott loyalist- over the next two weeks I will spend 11 days in Marriott hotels- but I will never stay at this hotel again.
