Very nice and trendy boutique type hotel in the heart of downtown Scottsdale. Very close to all the hip and hottest clubs and local watering holes in the downtown area. The young man that helped me check out was do friendly and knowledgeable as to what to do in the area. He REALLY made the trip easy. Didn't have to search the internet for what to do list. This young man is all we needed. The Aloft's pool was picture perfect for the size of the hotel. The rooms were super super clean and loved the view I had of camelback mountain. Loved the bar and game areas on the floor of my room. Great spot to meet friends for coffee or drinks. Just sorry we couldn't enjoy the bar bcuz it was closed due to the COVID. But overall my favorite boutique hotel in downtown Scottsdale, hands down. Thank you Aloft for a wonderful 2 night mini vacation.

Nice cozy hotel, very clean sanitized rooms. Great room service and front desk staff, they were so accommodating as they aimed to please. Made you feel at home while on vacay. Bed and pillows are sooo comfortable! Enjoyed my visit.

Aloft has some decent amenities, however there are too many small inconveniences that begin to add up after you've stayed with them for more than one night! 1. For example their continental breakfast is nonexistent, now before you say that's the norm in the industry at this time due to the pandemic. Ok cool, but you can't turn around and serve an exclusive breakfast bar for those paying extra money for a cook to make food, but I'm a little confused on why that same cook won't, can't, or whatever make continental breakfast as well. 2. Next there is literally there is one way in and one way out! 3. Only one elevator works! 4. No ATM on site, nice guy at the desk says walk right outside and Fidelity bank has a standing ATM, but the only problem is it doesn't work. 5. The pool is miniature in size just saying... 6. Towels are dingy and dirty looking. 7. Our bed broke and was never fixed properly. 8. What's so crazy the staff is super friendly but the property is not impressive 9. I say a more expensive Motel 6 is what this really reminds me of!

Excellent location that is very convenient to all attractions in Scottsdale. I interacted with two front desk team members, Adrian and Tia, throughout my stay who were both fantastic. Very friendly and helpful; smiles were visible even with masks in place! On the other hand, the middle aged male manager never once acknowledged me when I would walk through the lobby, although he did look at me each time. He would do well to be more hospitable, especially to the female guests at the hotel (I did see him chatting animatedly with male guests on more than one occasion). Aside from that, cleanliness in the elevators and hallways could be improved, but everything else was good!
