A short distance from the second largest coral reef in the world, Santa Lucia also boasts a beautiful stretch of beach with 20 km of length, from which to enjoy water sports or perfect your tan. Exactly in front of Santa Lucia is the reef's closest point to the main island, less than 200 meters away from the shore. That is why it is an excellent area for diving, where you can see more than 50 corals, 200 sponges and about 500 tropical fish species, besides 27 sunken ships, at this unique, amazing submarine environment. The resort is 115 km far from the international airport of Camaguey and 200 km from Holguin airport. The resort has been completely refurbished and updated in the late 2015, improved the facilities of the rooms and common areas, but keeping its original and typical architecture. The resort has 150 rooms in 41 small buildings, deep into a tropical garden.
