I stayed twice @ this hotel for atleast two weeks each time during business trips to Minneapolis. The check-in process was very smooth. The rooms were spacious and luxurious. The breakfast was good. The room had small kitchenette area too. The staffs were very kind and friendly. During my first visit, I lost my mobile phone in the common area, they actively helped me to find it. Overall, I had a very nice experience.

This was an amazing experience from the time I walked in to the hotel from the time I left. When I got there, I was greeted by Jodi Bell she had such a sweet personality. She was very informative and gave great suggestions on places to visit in the city. The next day we celebrated a family member’s birthday, Jodi suggested that we use the hotel dining area to celebrate the occasion. When it was time for all of the festivities to come about Jodi was not on site, but Hector the front desk supervisor was very helpful and gave us the resources that we need to have our last-minute surprise birthday gathering. when it was time to check out. Erika was working the front desk. She also greeted me with a pleasant smile and asked about my stay I’d informed her that the stay was a great experience with exception of my flight getting delayed due to the weather. Erika promptly suggest that I return to my room by extending my stay for a couple of hours to ensure that I was comfortable until it was time for me to head to the airport. This was one of my best travel experiences. It’s always a pleasure for me and my family to stay at Marriott properties.

I stayed twice in the last few months. Both times were great. I've never met anyone as hospitable as Erika! Room layout was awesome as well.

This is actually 2 hotels in one building. Residence inn guests can use the Renaissance pool, gym, and restaurant. The gym is the largest and nicest I’ve seen in a hotel. The free breakfast is okay. No waffle maker. The room was clean. The tv is huge and swivels around. The room has a fireplace but it doesn’t work. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Incredibly poor treatment as a titanium member. Marriott is generally fantastic about recognizing status but i found the staff at this location to be laughably rude and unaccommodating. Would not recommend staying here as a marriott traveler. The renaissance down the block far exceeds this residence inn on all metrics.

Stayed here in August, 2021. Great location, downtown Mpls. Staff were friendly and efficient. Prices were reasonable. Had a 2BR/2BA room for a family of four. Typical RI set up, no surprises...

Our family took a last minute trip to downtown Minneapolis. We needed a full fridge and had our little dog along. The staff were more than hospitable and helpful! We had a fabulous weekend I think...

Pros Great front desk staff. Part of Marriott so can get points. Nice parking to the west of the property. Can walk to US Bank from the hotel. An overhead enclosed walkway is only about one block...
