“Very bad service. For example, I ordered breakfast at 9:36 and at 12:05 I was still waiting for the pastries ,the honey, and half of the things are included at the American breakfast that it is proposed in the hotel’s menu. The 3 calls were not enough (Let’s see if I will receive them for dinner)!
There was also another similar bad experience with the room service the day before.55’ to receive the order and 2 phone call to remind them that I am waiting!
Prices of 5* and service of 1*….
So disappointing….
PS: The manager said that they will not charge me the 9 euros room service fee to compensate ! 🤣”
