Este lugar é uma vibração. Muito ativo quando cheguei. A atmosfera era vibrante e o lugar estava impecavelmente limpo.A equipe foi super amigável, a comida era excelente e o bar é incrível! Todo o lugar é lindo.A localização não poderia ser melhor, pois fica ao lado do aeroporto Dulles. Eu recomendo este lugar para a sua próxima estadia quando estiver na área.

This place is a vibe. Very active when I arrived. The atmosphere was vibrant and the place was impeccably clean. Staff were super friendly, the food was excellent, and the bar is amazing! The whole place is beautiful. The location couldn't be better as it's right next door to the Dulles airport. I highly recommend this place for your next stay when you're in the area.

For an airport hotel, this is a winner. The restaurant food is surprisingly good, and open late. The staff is polite and attentive. The rooms were clean. The bathroom is a bit small, but otherwise fine.

Localização muito conveniente para o aeroporto, mas isolado no que diz respeito a caminhar até as conveniências (o metrô ainda não estava aberto). Há um restaurante/bar no local (um pouco caro), uma ótima piscina coberta e área de fitness. Os quartos são de tamanho padrão, limpos e as camas extremamente confortáveis! O A/C é o seu desafio como alguns dos corredores e salas de conferências eram muito frios, mas as áreas principais eram confortáveis. A equipe do hotel foi excepcional, principalmente o chef e a equipe que prepararam comida para a conferência que participei na semana passada. Ficaria aqui novamente!

Adequate; great location if your traveling out of Dulles, however be prepared for noisy guests that have no comprehension or common courtesy as this hotel is busy with airport travelers their voice levels are ridiculous and the hotel hallways magnifies the sound. The concierge lounge isn’t open but has bags of chips and drinks, boy am I glad my years of loyalty is paying off…but they do provide loyalty members free bfast at the restaurant…so all in all…okay; most of the staff is customer focused and do a nice job, but not exceptional.

Very convenient location to airport, but isolated as far as walking to any conveniences (the metro was not yet open). There is an onsite restaurant/bar (a bit pricey), a nice indoor pool, and fitness area. The rooms are standard size, clean, and beds extremely comfortable! The A/C is their challenge as some of the hallways and conference rooms were very cold, but main areas were comfortable. Hotel staff was exceptional, particularly the chef and staff who prepared food for the conference I attended last week. Would stay here again!

O serviço foi excelente do início ao fim. A limpeza do quarto era boa, mas as camas estavam desalinhadas, dando uma aparência desleixada e fazendo uma mudança na folha de perguntas. Super longa caminhada para o quarto do lobby, muito confuso para encontrar o seu quarto, áreas não marcadas bem, empregadas domésticas encontradas não eram amigáveis. Amplos panos/toalhas foram fornecidos juntamente com realmente bom xampu, condicionador e lavagem do corpo. A localização é ótima, mas se for do aeroporto, certifique-se de pegar o ônibus certo. Peguei o ônibus do Marriott Suites, mas eles tiveram a gentileza de me levar ao lugar certo.

Excelente serviço ao cliente dos funcionários, ótimo serviço de transporte! O serviço de limpeza deve ser mais amigável para todos e quaisquer hóspedes. Definitivamente deve trazer alguém para uma renumeração dos quartos e corredores, pode ser ridiculamente difícil encontrar o seu quarto. Os quartos são bem decorados e tranquilos e o bar e restaurante do hotel são muito bons 👍

Service was excellent start to finish. Cleanliness of room was good but beds were untucked giving a sloppy appearance and makes one question sheet changes. Super long walk to room from lobby, very confusing to find your room, areas not marked well, maids encountered were not friendly. Ample rags/towels were provided along with really good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Location is great but if shuttling from airport, be sure you get on the right bus. I got on Marriott Suites bus, but they were kind enough to take me to the right place.

Excellent Customer service from the employees, great shuttle service! Housekeeping should be more friendly to any and all guests. Definitely should bring someone in for a Re-numbering of the rooms and hallways, it can be ridiculously difficult to find your room. Rooms are nicely appointed and quiet and hotel bar and restaurant are very good 👍

I had a wonderful experience at the Washington Dulles Airport Marriott, Washington, Virginia. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. Very clean facilities such as gym and pool were at the cleanest. Bathroom in the room was very spaciousand clean as well! Thank you once again for giving me a wonderful experience! I will be definitely recommend to my colleagues!

Our last stay at a Marriott (Waco Texas) was horrible. This conference stay was 100% the opposite. We arrived very late (due to traffic) but the staff was super courteous with getting us to our room quickly. Our room was on the farthest end from the hotel, and due to my wife's medical condition (heart) a major hike. I spoke to the front desk the next day (we stayed 4 nights) and we were immediately moved to a more physically convenient room. Room(s) were top notch, clean and serviceable. In Waco everyone was rude and the rooms dirty and dilapidated. Kudos to this staff for an exceptional stay. 👏

Llegué en la noche a Washington, tomé un taxi para ir al Hotel, llegué y la recepcionista fue muy amable. El hotel estaba muy limpio, las habitaciones también. En la mañana, tomé el desayuno, fue unaexcelente atención, la comida estaba bien y el precio también. Fueron muy amables conmigo. Tuve que regresar al aeropuerto y gracias a que el hotel tiene el servicio incluido para llevarte, todo salió a la perfección. Muchas gracias, me llevo un excelente recuerdo de esta visita.
