Good, clean rooms. Friendly, helpful staff who were very kind when my parents had to leave early due to poor health. Jacqueline,our waitress, was especially great. She was helpful, friendly and deserves a gold star. She made our stay extra special with her interest in our family and the new baby. Thank you 😊 Quartos bons e limpos. Fantastic stay rooms we're warm and welcoming all the facilities that you would require. It was a shame that I wasn't able to make use of the gym facilities including the swimming pool and steam/ sauna with being a bit under the weather, but next time we will. The breakfast was perfect with plenty to choose from and the staff are very friendly and helpful could not fault them they even offered to help with a warm drink for the journey home to Cornwall that was a perfect touch to a perfect stay. Thank you to everyone for being so helpful we can not fault you The only fault was out of your control was the Electric Car charger was not working but there was plenty close by Fantásticos quartos de estadia, somos calorosos e acolhedores com todas as comodidades que você precisa. Foi uma pena não poder usar as instalações da academia, incluindo a piscina e a sauna seca e a vapor, por estar um pouco sob o clima, mas da próxima vez o faremos. O café da manhã foi perfeito, com muito por onde escolher e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos, não poderiam culpá-los, eles até se ofereceram para ajudar com uma bebida quente para a viagem de volta para a Cornualha, que foi um toque perfeito para uma estadia perfeita. Obrigado a todos por serem tão prestativos, não podemos culpá-lo A única falha estava fora de seu controle, o carregador do carro elétrico não estava funcionando, mas havia muito por perto

Fue una lástima que no pude hacer uso de las instalaciones del gimnasio, incluida la piscina y el vapor / sauna con el clima un poco bajo, pero la próxima vez lo haremos. Room was a bit hot.Other than that really good. Used the restaurant for dinner, and attended an event in the evening. All went well. Staff are all nice.You have to book use of the pool. Luckily a family friend told us because the hotel didn't and a receptionist told us you didn't need to. Quarto estava um pouco quente.Fora isso muito bom. Usou o restaurante para jantar e participou de um evento à noite. Tudo correu bem. Os funcionários são todos simpáticos.Você tem que reservar o uso da piscina. Felizmente, um amigo da família nos disse porque o hotel não e uma recepcionista nos disse que você não precisava.

Usé el restaurante para cenar y asistí a un evento por la noche. Todo fue bien. todo el personal es agradable.Tienes que reservar el uso de la piscina. Por suerte un amigo de la familia nos lo dijo porque el hotel no lo hizo y una recepcionista nos dijo que no era necesario.

Fantastic place to stay to start the rooms have air conditioning that actually cools your room perfect considering it was 30 degrees now we did have a problem our air conditioner had gone into service mode and the room was like a oven so went reception and the girl was awesome and sorted us a new room straight away so had a great chilled room . Rooms were tidy and good looking shower was a little weak but overall would definitely stop in a ihg holiday inn again the air con was a life saver will add more when I check out breakfast tomorrow. Breakfast was brilliant loads to eat and really tasty. One negative when we arrived yesterday one of the two lifts was broken this morning both lifts are broken so we will have to heave our cases down the stairs . Lugar fantástico para ficar para começar os quartos têm ar condicionado que realmente esfria seu quarto perfeito considerando que estava 30 graus agora tivemos um problema nosso ar condicionado entrou no modo de serviço e o quarto era como um forno, então foi a recepção e a garota estava incrível e nos classificou um novo quarto imediatamente, então tivemos um ótimo quarto refrigerado. Os quartos eram arrumados e o chuveiro bonito era um pouco fraco, mas no geral definitivamente pararia em um hotel de férias ihg novamente, o ar condicionado era um salva-vidas e adicionaria mais quando eu fizer o check-out amanhã. Café-da-manhã foi cargas brilhantes para comer e muito saboroso. Um aspecto negativo quando chegamos ontem, um dos dois elevadores estava quebrado esta manhã, ambos os elevadores estão quebrados, então teremos que descer nossas malas pelas escadas.

We had a lovely 3 night stay here. The hotel is as you would expect for the price. We had no issues with breakfast or a request for more pillows. There was a wedding on our last night but did not hear anything from the party. Gym is good, pool is fine, but small. Very friendly staff. Good location for Liverpool and Manchester. Houve um casamento na nossa última noite, mas não ouvi nada da festa. A academia é boa, a piscina é boa, mas pequena. Muito simpática. Boa localização para Liverpool e Manchester. Ficaria novamente

Fantástico lugar para quedarse para comenzar, las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado que en realidad enfría su habitación perfectamente teniendo en cuenta que estaba a 30 grados, ahora tuvimos un problema, nuestro aire acondicionado había entrado en modo de servicio y la habitación era como un horno, así que fue a la recepción y la chica estaba increíble y nos arregló una nueva habitación de inmediato, así que tenía una gran habitación tranquila. Las habitaciones estaban ordenadas y la buena apariencia de la ducha era un poco débil, pero en general definitivamente se detendría en un Holiday Inn de ihg nuevamente, el aire acondicionado fue un salvavidas y agregará más cuando revise el desayuno mañana. El desayuno era un montón genial para comer y muy sabroso. Un aspecto negativo cuando llegamos ayer, uno de los dos ascensores estaba roto esta mañana, ambos ascensores están rotos, por lo que tendremos que tirar nuestras maletas por las escaleras.
