Hotel was under renovation (NOT ADVISED IN ANY WEB or APP) they had a bad odor on the hallways and in the room. It was not satisfying to stay inside hotel. Food and service was very good, but if they want to improve, they need to advised and have at least some fresh scents to fight the bad odor of humidity.

I travel for work and tend to stay at hotels for extended periods of time. I stayed at this location in Nashville and was very happy with the level of comfort and service I received during my stay. In particular, Marshanta provided an exceptional customer experience. Any request was addressed promptly and courteously. She is a great representative for your hotel brand.

Had a nice time here, spent 5 nights. Breakfast was good, they need more than 1 waffle machine though. Some things that were supposed to be hot were cold a couple of days. Breakfast ends fairly early, 9 on weekdays and 930 on weekends. Depending on the flight patterns you can hear the planes inside the room, at least on the 7th floor where we stayed.

I really enjoyed my 1 night stay here recently. 1. The front desk receptionist was very positive energy and just overall friendly after a long day. 2. The hotel and it's rooms were really well maintained and clean. 3. Quiet I honestly didn't hear a plane in my room which seems like magic. Definitely would stay here again.

I paid for my room in advance full price. I check in for my hotel and then my card was charged for the whole room plus the incidental fee. I then contacted my back as instructed by the hotel, and my bank asked me to have the hotel send a letter stating that the hold was a mistake. I’m not sure if that letter was sent. In the meantime I asked if the incident fee could be put on my boyfriends credit card (which shouldn’t include the price of the room since I paid that a month before we checked in). We check out the hotel, the hold came off of my debit card, but my boyfriends credit card had a hold on it. The hold on his credit card was the amount of the hotel room. I called the hotel to talk to someone about that. I was told that a note would be left with the manager. I checked back with the hotel, called someone, asked to speak to the manager. I was told that I could get his voicemail which is fine. I then was transferred, someone picked up and hung up. I called back explained what happened, the managers voicemail box is full. I called a third time and explained my situation, and I was told to contact my bank. I explained that the credit card has a charge on it for the room fee, but that was already paid for. So now I’m in a never ending cycle and can’t speak to someone about it.
