“A nice outdoor venue to eat and chill. Despite there are much homeless loitering and many constable patrol cars around, it’s still ok to go around the area. The surrounding garden horticulture and area are also clean and well maintained, except probably the pigeons area is much soiled, due to much public feeding there. There is also one Heart of San Francisco sculpture found only. Not sure where’s the rest. There is a Bistro that served decent coffee and breakfast and under the Union Square has a paid parking garage which is good for shoppers.”

“Room: uncomfortable bed, one side much softer than the other. Very bland and old. The sofa was also incredibly uncomfortable. Service: the check in was terrible. We asked to pay for an upgrade and we were told we had the best suite in the hotel, it wasn’t true. The valet was barely helpful. We had housekeeping come to the room 3 times each day within the span of a hour to try to clean the room, we told each one, every day, to give us until 11. The breakfast staff was great. Location: alright during the day but don’t walk around outside after dark.”
