Serviço muito simpático e excepcional e camas confortáveis. Infelizmente, o wi-fi está realmente inutilizável, especialmente à noite. Para quem precisa de internet (para o trabalho), recomendo ir a outro lugar.

Very friendly and exceptional service and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the wifi is actually unusable, especially at night. For those who need internet (for work), Id recommend going somewhere else.

Me encantó la habitación y el espacio común entre las habitaciones, deja la sensación de estar en casa, la distancia al centro es mínima, me fui y regrese caminando, el trato de las señoras y Aldo en la recepción excelente !!! El desayuno me encanto sobre todo el café oxapampino, y si tienen problemas con el frío no se preocupen las ventanas son de doble cristal, a mi parecer un hotel de 3 a 4 estrellas a un precio super accesible.

Experiência incrível. Hotel simples, porém bastante aconchegante. Fizeram nosso café da manhã para viagem com muito carinho. O local é distante do centro histórico. Traslado grátis do aeroporto.

Very secure, safe and clean hotel in Cusco. We were very nervous about staying in Cusco, but this hotel made us to feel safe and secure. The hotel is in a more residential area, but they have contacts with reputable taxis who can take you into the city for $6 each way. In addition to this, they will give you a mobile phone where you can call the hotel once you're ready to come back and they will send one of their taxi's to pick you up. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Awesome place to stay. Away from the hustle and bustle of Plaza de Armas. It's not a long walk to the Plaza from the hotel either. I came to Peru to hike so the 20 minute walk was no issue for me. It's a nice quiet place to stay and our host Darvin was super helpful and always there to assist. They even have a phone to take with you to call their car service which would pick you up at a particular restaurant in the city.

This is a very nice place ,home away from home atmosphere, The owner Peggy greeted us very nice lady, Marco who check us in ,was so very helpful and friendly ,took great care of us , cook us a personalised breakfast ,in a very cozy dinning area ,with a great view of the park , all the staff was very friendly, helpful Darvina and our driver,with free pickup and drop off at the airport ,

Fantastic place to stay. Staff are super helpful in giving you great recommendations. Quiet, with good beds and hot water showers. Delicious breakfast buffet. And a roof top patio to relax in the sun. Had a great stay!

Great place to stay. In a quiet upscale neighborhood. Only thing which could have been provided is a humidifier,as the individual room heaters are dehydrating. Except that everything was perfect.
