This hotel is in a sleepy part of town. Hotel is somewhat on the old side. Rooms I stayed in were not renovated although I’m told the entire hotel is going through a renovation. Overall the common areas have outdated furniture but they are comfy. The hotel manager was very responsive to my feedback and they made their best effort at making my stay as good as it could have been.

I was disappointed in this location/stay. I booked 2 separate rooms for 2 nights each. The hotel that weekend was way under capacity (I asked at check-in as I noticed it was very busy). Even being a top tier Titanium Elite, they managed to find me two dark, unimpressive/uninspiring, in need updating/repairs rooms you could imagine. Temperature control was a problem as well as the thermostat could get either too hot or too cold. Required engineering to visit the room each night to get it right. Furnitures was worn and the bathroom lacked any real amenities that warrant the premium this hotel fetches. Cocktails at the bar were fine. Breakfast in the morning was good with good service. Dinner in the restaurant was good but the service was appalling. We could barely understand the heavily accented waiter, our bill was woefully incorrect, and they struggled to figure out how to split out bill 2 ways. I could forgive a hotel for 1-2 indiscretions but the combination of poor room choice, neglected furnishings, poor customer engagement, and the lack of attention really needs to be called out. Net net - Underwhelming.

The staff are very attentive, offering to send my luggage while I head for a quick bite. Small cosy boutique hotel with one restaurant. Room is of decent size with good amentities. Set in old bank building, the hotel's decor reflect a mix of grandeur and modernism. Good location on a relatively quiet street- near Bank station. Internet is awfully slow, in fact the slowest among the good hotels I have stayed and thus let down the hotel

Lovely cosy hotel in central London and one that I'll be returning to. Staff were amazingly friendly (even more so considering it's London!) and really looked after me. Nice glass of bubbly on arrival and a nice room upgrade too. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bathroom was nicely decorated too.I'd only booked for one night as it was business trip but would have loved to stay longer. The breakfast in the morning was in a lovely venue and again the staff were helpful and friendly.Close to the tube (Bank if I remember) and only a few minutes walk.

Quite boutique hotel in the banking district that had exceptional service over my 7 day stay. If you like efficiency and understated elegance, this is your place. The beds are comfy and the food is solid as well.

Amazing stay-cation. We loved our overnight and dinner at The Ned. Heather at the reception was amazing, super helpful and friendly which is rare to find in London! We loved our room and The Ned has the most incredible amenities ever. I have stayed in many 5* but they surpassed all the others in the bathroom. I was amazed at how quiet the bedroom was however we could hear conversations when in the bathroom. We had dinner at Kaia, every single dish was perfect and the service was excellent.

Staff are not fully trained so unable to answer questions around process for parking (which is an additional £40 charge and off site). Breakfast is not served till 7am, my husband needs to leave for work at 7am and no offer of alternatives (which I'd happily pay for). I have been fortunate to stay in many 5 star hotels, and do so because of the exceptional customer service. Unfortunately this is not my experience. However, I did see the staff being pleasant and helpful to other guests, so perhaps it's just me!
