Quando reservei nosso quarto, expliquei minuciosamente que estava em uma cadeira de rodas e precisava de um quarto para deficientes, especialmente um banheiro acessível para cadeira de rodas. Foi-me garantido, pela pessoa, no hotel com quem fiz a reserva, que o meu quarto tinha tais acomodações. Chegada aberta, nosso quarto não era acessível para deficientes de forma alguma. O gerente nos mudou para um quarto diferente, um com um banheiro grande, mas ainda sem assistência para deficientes físicos. Durante toda a semana da nossa estadia, não consegui entrar no chuveiro. Quando cheguei em casa, preenchi uma pesquisa enviada a mim por Hilton e expliquei não apenas a enorme inconveniência, mas também a atmosfera perigosa do banheiro para uma pessoa em cadeira de rodas. Não havia sequer uma barra de apoio no banheiro. A resposta que recebi do representante da Hilton foi um insulto e ela não mostrou absolutamente nenhuma preocupação com o que eu experimentei ou com a incompetência da equipe. Estive um membro Hilton, mas nunca pode ficar em outro Hampton Inn ou qualquer outro Hilton se esta é a sua melhor resposta de relações com o cliente.

When I booked our room, I thoroughly explained that I was in a wheelchair and needed a handicapped room, especially a bathroom accessible for a wheelchair. I was assured, by the person, at the hotel with whom I made the reservation, that my room had such accommodations. Open arrival, our room was not handicapped accessible in any way. The manager moved us to a different room, one with a large bathroom, but still no handicap assistance at all. The entire week of our stay, I was unable to get into the shower. When I arrived home, I filled out a survey sent to me by Hilton and explained not only the massive inconvenience but the dangerous atmosphere of the bathroom to a person in a wheelchair. There was not even one grab bar in the bathroom. The response I received from the representative at Hilton was insulting and she show absolutely no concern for what I had experienced or how incompetent the staff had been. I've been a Hilton member but may never stay at another Hampton Inn or any other Hilton if this is their best customer relations response.

A nossa estadia no Hampton foi OK. A equipe foi absolutamente agradável. Para começar, a água da piscina estava suja, tinha uma cor cinza escura que me impedia de entrar. Junto com uma jovem ao lado da piscina tocando música alta e bebendo álcool. O preço para este hotel era muito caro se você me perguntar. Estou localizado em uma área muito urbana, onde há muito tráfego para turistas e o Hampton mais próximo custa em média US $ 79 por noite. O café da manhã foi definitivamente uma vantagem.

Reservamos este hotel no mesmo dia depois de lutar para terminar uma viagem de 20 horas. Reservamos dois quartos para nós seis. Os quartos eram ENORMES, mesmo o sofá puxado em uma cama. Em retrospectiva, provavelmente poderíamos ter saído com um quarto, mas não nos arrependemos. Existe uma "loja" de snacks/bebidas para compras, pequeno-almoço gratuito, ginásio, piscina interior, máquina de gelo e máquina de lavar e secar roupa que funciona com moedas. Os quartos eram grandes e limpos sem quaisquer falhas, cada quarto tinha um frigorífico, microondas, máquina de café, duas pias, televisão, duas camas de casal e uma área de estar com sofá-cama. O termostato estava na parede e foi ajustado para 69 graus frios e confortáveis. O hotel está localizado à direita da rodovia e foi fácil de encontrar. Muito estacionamento. Todos nós ficamos muito impressionados com a nossa estadia.

Our stay at the Hampton in was OK. The staff were absolutely pleasant. For starters the pool water was dirty it had close to a dark gray color it deter me to get in. Along with some young woman by the pool side playing some loud music and drinking alcohol. The price for this hotel was too pricey if you ask me. I’m located in very urban area where there is a lot of traffic for tourist and the closest Hampton in cost the average of $79 a night. Breakfast was definitely a plus though.

We booked this hotel same day after struggling to finish a 20 hour drive. We booked two rooms for the six of us. The rooms were HUGE, even the couch pulled out into a bed. In hindsight we probably could have gotten away with one room, but we don't have any regrets. There is a snack/drink "store" for purchases, complimentary breakfast, a gym, an indoor pool, ice machine and coin-operated washer and dryer. The rooms were large and clean without any flaws, each room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, two sinks, television, two full beds and one sitting area with a pull out couch. The thermostat was on the wall and was preset to a cool and comfortable 69 degrees. The hotel is located right off the highway and was easy to find. Plenty of parking. We were all very impressed with our stay.

Minha família e eu sempre se hospedaram com Hampton Inn em nossas viagens. Isso foi um pouco diferente, considerando que estávamos hospedados em nossa cidade local por causa do deslocamento. Do CHECK-IN ao CHECK-OUT uma experiência estelar. Ficamos por causa da Marine Corp Marathon e, embora o check-out fosse às 11, Samantha estendeu nossa estadia para que pudéssemos tomar banho. Esse pequeno gesto significou o mundo para mim e definitivamente voltaremos. Não só recebemos um excelente serviço ao cliente no check-in, o quarto estava impecável. Houve uma recepção também no dia em que fizemos o check-in e nunca teríamos conhecido até que vimos pessoas saindo. Obrigado por uma estadia incrível.

Os quartos eram limpos. A TV a cabo é muito ruim. Não há guia e apenas como vinte canais. Bastante padrão para a maioria das cadeias corporativas, infelizmente.A equipe foi muito simpática e cortês. Eles trabalharam duro para nos conseguir um bom quarto, embora estivessem bastante cheios.A piscina coberta era boa, mas a banheira de hidromassagem estava quebrada, o que também estranhamente parece ser bastante padrão para essas cadeias corporativas recentemente. Não tenho certeza por quê. Eles também têm um pátio encantador no qual eu queria relaxar depois do meu mergulho na piscina, mas a porta trancou assim que saí e minha chave não me levou de volta. Eu tive que bater na porta para conseguir que um dos outros pais me deixasse entrar de volta. Muito embaraçoso. My family and I have always stayed with Hampton Inn on our travels. This was a bit different considering we were staying in our local city because of displacement. My wife and I joked, that we would rather just live here than rent a place. The staff have been more than helpful, and they have been very courteous of us having pets. The pool and hottub have been a godsend after long weeks at work,and dealing with our apartment. The food is a bit rough on the digestion, and the cereal is a bit stale, but other than that no complaints.Thank you to all the staff! And thank you Hampton. We wouldn't have stayed anywhere else the past 2 weeks.

The rooms were clean. The cable TV is pretty bad. There is no guide and only like twenty channels. Pretty standard for most corporate chains unfortunately. The staff were very friendly and courteous. They worked hard to get us a good room even though they were pretty full. The indoor pool was nice, but the hot tub was broken which also strangely seems to be pretty standard for these corporate chains lately. Not sure why. Also they have a lovely patio that I wanted to chill out on after my dip in the pool, but the door out to it locked as soon as I went out and my key would not get me back in. I had to bang on the door to get one of the other parents to let me back in. Very embarrassing. I'm sure they are trying to keep non-paying customers out of the pool, but that solution pretty much renders their patio useless. I would probably come back and stay though. It was pretty nice.

From CHECK-IN to CHECK-OUT stellar experience. We stayed because of the Marine Corp Marathon and although checkout was at 11 Samantha extended our stay so we could shower. That small gesture meant the world to me and we will definitely be returning. Not only did we receive superb customer service at check in, the room was SPOTLESS. There was a reception also the day we checked in and we would have never known until we saw folks leaving. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Unfortunately, my stay here started off with a check in annoyance and then charged more then I was told. The issue was bad communication. On way to hotel I phoned and was told $150 for the room total INCLUDED dog fee and taxes would be added when arrived. Upon arrival signed a form that said $176.32(I figured this included the taxes). My bill on my credit card was $203.32. Besides this issue the front desk staff needs to understand the process of check in. I signed a smoking form and the $176.32 bill. Then when returning from my car with my bags, dog and dad I was told I could not enter the room without signing the form about the dog. This was very annoying considering I had just gone in and signed the other two forms and now I was being denied going up to my room without signing this form. I even asked if I could go to the room drop everything off and come back and I was told no. It was very unprofessional and I will never stay at this hotel again due to the lack of accurate communication and understanding of process. Please train your employees so they understand the check in process and the importance of clear communication on cost. If you have to stay at this hotel be sure to clarify cost with a manager. This has not been an issue at other Hilton properties.In response to your reply. $176.32 plus dog fee was not the finally fee I paid. The numbers don’t add up anyway you look at it. Please train your staff on clear communication and the check-in process. Providing all forms to sign at once. That is all I ask.
